Working with Glass doctor was a wonderful experience. The communication from the office, and the timeliness and proficiency of the technicians could not be better . The windows that they repaired look better than new! I will definitely be recommending them and using this company again in the future!

I have tried to use this company to get a window replacement completed. But it has been a total waste of time. They are not a fast service, they are expensive and fail to follow up constantly.

Woke up to find my drivers side window shattered. Called three companies and Glass Doctor was the most responsive with the best price for window replacement. I had to drive to their facility but it was worth it. They were able to replace the window within 48 hours. Another company told me it would 7-10 days. Very professional technician. Highly recommend.

I called to find out if they would be able to put a mirror into a frame- during the first call the woman on the phone was incredibly inpatient and rude. After I gave her my information, she told me she’d call me back with a quote and I could just drop it off vs. set an appointment, of course I never got a call back.. The following day, Thursday 31 July I dropped the frame off and spoke with someone different, the woman at the desk was pleasant but of course she couldn’t find any information on my call with them the previous day. I was told they could do it and it would be ready for pick up on Monday, 4 Aug. for $144.00
Again, after not getting any updates at all, at 4:30 PM on Monday 4 Aug 30 minutes before they closed- I called them to see if my mirror was ready for pick up. At that time, I was informed that it wasn’t, and I could come pick up my frame, that they would understand if I didn’t want to wait. They told me the glass that they had that was supposed to be cut for my mirror had been broken. Again, for a second time telling me I could come get it if I didn’t want to wait—without ever mentioning how long the wait would be. I had to ask, and was told they might have something in by next week…
Look, I get that it was a small job but if you didn’t want to do it, you should have just said it instead of wasting my time. Your customer service is actual trash; you need to communicate with your customers. Call them back, update them about changes, and be polite.

They came out to access the window quickly. Workers were nice. There was a wait time to get the window but not long. Once they got the replacement glass window they came to the house and fixed the window in less than 30mins. Once again nice and respectful. Def would use their services again. But hopefully not needed for a while. Windows are expensive! Lol!

One of the glass panels on our back door shattered while we were using the weed-eater. Glass Doctor of Pensacola was great. From the time I requested a quote, to the time I had the new panel installed, everything went well. They were easy to contact and kept me updated on everything. The installation went well and has a 12-year warranty. Because we replaced the single panel, we only paid a little over $500; if we had gotten a new door, we would've been out about $8,000, so they saved us several thousand dollars. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Glass Dr. Donnie and Jessie come to our house to do a installation to our glass shower doors. They were very professional and very experienced and explained everything they were doing before installing. We changed our mind on master bath so they gave us a quote for installation and glass for that also. Very resonable in prices.. Thank you for being so prompt and doing such great work i will send you guys to my friends and family.

Replaced a cracked pane of glass and the finished window looked as good as new. Friendly and easy to work with staff who completed the job very quickly and professionally.
