Had my truck ceramic coated here after being referred by family, and could not be happier with the finished outcome. They were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, answered every single one of my questions without fail, even corrected and fixed some recent emblem work that was done improperly by the dealership of all places, and even gave me additional information and tips and advice on how to maintain the coating and the trucks paint condition and just went above and beyond in every way. I could message him right now and ask a question or for some advice about it and he would have me an answer back in no time so like I said top notch service and I could not be happier with Goebels. If anyone asks, I will tell them to run to this shop as quickly as possible for top-tier service!

EDIT TO ADD: (I lowered my rating of this business due to the owners response to a mediocre review.) After reading my review, the owner (Mike) reached out to discuss his concerns, suggesting it could hurt his small business—which I understand. He also shared that he's dealing with personal and medical issues and indirectly suggested I remove the review. While I can empathize with anyone facing personal or medical challenges, Mike did not communicate any of this beforehand or throughout the months of working with him, so my expectations remained unchanged. During the call, we discussed the concerns outlined below, and he took full responsibility for them. It's disappointing and unprofessional to avoid public accountability while privately admitting fault. Furthermore, Mike failed to clearly communicate what his services included, which is why I emphasized in my original review the importance of getting everything in writing if you choose to work with him.
Ultimately, the overarching issue here is a lack of clear communication, which can hurt any business - small or large.
Leaving this review after a disappointing experience with Goebel's Detail Shop, despite its positive reputation. To be fair, the owner, Mike, is kind and clearly experienced in his craft. However, the business logistics and lack of follow-through have left me dissatisfied.
When I scheduled a full detail and top-to-bottom ceramic coating (quoted at over $2,000), Mike offered additional services at no extra cost. Unfortunately, he didn’t document the quote or what was agreed upon. This led to repeated misunderstandings—something that became a recurring issue throughout our interactions.
I had to return my car three separate times for the job to be completed. The first visit’s delay wasn’t his fault, as he received the wrong paint color. However, when I picked up the car after the second visit, there were still several missed scratches and dings—some quite obvious. Mike initially claimed he never agreed to correct the deeper scratches, only to later admit he couldn’t fix them due to lack of expertise.
He also noticed a paint flaw on my rear quarter panel and offered to connect me with someone who could repair both the flaw and the deeper scratches, stating he would cover part of the cost. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past four months, that promise remains unfulfilled.
If you choose to work with Goebel’s Detail Shop, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before leaving. While Mike may be skilled, my experience suggests a lack of organization and attention to detail that significantly impacted the outcome. I’m hesitant to recommend this business based on the issues I encountered.

Mike did an absolutely amazing job! I asked him to do the interior and door jambs and it's like a brand new car! Will absolutely be coming here again with our other cars! Excellent customer service and overall great experience. Thank you!!!

Mike did an amazing job on my car!! I would encourage everyone to make the drive and let him ceramic coat your vehicle!! He is HONEST, PROFESSIONAL and so nice to work with! Don’t waste your money on any EPC the dealership try’s to sell you like I did!! They ruined my brand new 2024 car and Mike was able to fix it and it looks amazing!!!

If you ever wanted your car paint corrected and ceramic coated then Goebel Detail Shop is the way to go. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I came across his business. So well organized, very knowledgeable, and punctual. Definitely recommend and 100% taking all my future vehicles to him. He was honestly and truly an all around great guy to work with.
