Goodwill Retail Store & Donation Center is a clean, organized, and nice thrift store with a really good selection of clothing and books, including classic little golden books. The workers are friendly, nice, and always working, with phenomenal customer service and professionalism noted during difficult situations. The inside is kept clean and the restrooms are clean. However, there are consistent complaints about prices. Some items are fairly priced, but many feel the store is starting to over price things and keep raising the prices. Specific mentions include exorbitant book prices, Walmart brand items priced almost new, and used brand name clothing considered too high. The frustration is that prices go up and never come back down, with some noting that while the economy is bad, Goodwill is some people's saving grace for needed clothes or house goods. Despite pricing concerns, many have had great experiences, found the items they were in search of, and would recommend checking the store out for its selection.
I just have to say I was at goodwill today and had one of the best experiences ever. Ms Cassidy you are fantastic and I hope you get recognized and a huge pay raise. It just so happens you’re the best and customer service is phenomenal. Goodwill take notice this woman is a future star!!!!!!!

I don’t even like giving to goodwill because of y’all nasty history in general but it’s like yall make it impossible to recycle clothes. Yall only take donations during what are subsequently peoples work hours. Like either yall want the clothes or not.
