I just have to say I was at goodwill today and had one of the best experiences ever. Ms Cassidy you are fantastic and I hope you get recognized and a huge pay raise. It just so happens you’re the best and customer service is phenomenal. Goodwill take notice this woman is a future star!!!!!!!

Not family friendly. If you have small children or children with special needs DO NOT COME HERE. All moms with 3+ know the dread of trying to shop by yourself with small children but when the people in the store give you a hard time about it even though the children (one of which with non verbal autism) have not harmed or broken any items it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Won’t return to this goodwill which is a shame since I live down the road and love it but if we are so unwelcome I’ll just shop elsewhere.

I don’t even like giving to goodwill because of y’all nasty history in general but it’s like yall make it impossible to recycle clothes. Yall only take donations during what are subsequently peoples work hours. Like either yall want the clothes or not.

Best Cashier ever Ms. Cassidy and manager Andre there was a very rude family in the store while I was there on either the 23rd or 24th of march complaining about a pair of jeans they treated the employees like dirt and the two mentioned above handled themselves with the most professionalism I’ve seen in Crestview in a long time so store management these two employees Cassidy and Andre deserve recognition

Love this goodwill and most of the workers as well but someone is starting to over price things and they keep raising the prices. They get all this stuff for free I don’t see a reason why they need to get greedy. I know it may be bcs of corporate but it’s still frustrating but once prices go up they never come back down. I get the economy is bad but goodwill is some ppls saving grace when it comes to getting clothes or house goods they need. They might as well start individually pricing everything now at this point cause they keep raising the prices. That’s my only complaint I have. The inside is kept clean the workers are nice and always working I never have an issue when I go. Side not some things are fairly priced but it’s getting fewer and farther between now.

Classic goodwill, has all the regular sections, average size, good amount of local school/mascot wear.

Nice thrift store, but the book prices are exorbitant! Don’t want to pay same price as what I can get it secondhand online. Restrooms are clean! Check them out though because they do have a really good selection of clothing and books!!! I enjoyed my time, and the workers are really friendly!

Store was organized and clean, found the items I was in search of, prices were good on items I found. I would recommend on lowering some prices such as Walmart brand items were priced almost new and were used. I would have bought more if items were not priced so high and cheaper buying new. Just because the tag says Ralph Lauren doesn’t worthy 11.00 for a used faded shirt.

Beware what you decide to purchase: I just left the Crestview Fl Goodwill Location. I found a $4.98 Lowe's Bucket with an asking price of $9.99. I also saw a "Tested", "All Sales Final", 3.0 Cu Freezer listed as a 2.5 Cu Refrigerator. Can someone please tell me how a Freezer can be "Tested" if it is Labeled as a Refrigerator...

NEGATIVE STARS, if I could leave no stars I would I use to shop in this store all the time. I have donated to them I don't no how many times but when it came time for me to actually get help they turned me away saying they couldn't help. My house burnt down I lost everything I own an went to them the next day cause didn't have cloths or shoes an asked for help they said they don't do that kind of help....well why on earth would a multi million dollar company not help someone if there house burnt down.

Prices too high, only goodwill around that seperates the name brand clothes on a seperate rack and charges a higher price for the merchandise. Did they forget this is donated merchandise?

Don’t donate here. Donate to and shop at Exodus Thriftstore. My goodness… this store is expensive for used items. We went there for a thrift store date where you buy an outfit for your spouse and then go out on a date to a restaurant. Our limit was $20/couple. I remember when you could buy 3-4 outfits at goodwill and $20 could stretch. This goodwill looks up items like Nike’s, NFL/hockey/MLB jerseys etc. online and then price them according to online prices… I didn’t realize they were an eBay store. Some items are priced more expensive than if you were to go buy it brand new from WalMart. Money stretches better at Walmart for brand new items. It is crazy! They literally get stuff for free. They are competing against resellers. They don’t realize that resellers are their consumers not their competition. They’re definitely for profit.
