Their hours posted here are wrong, plus they like to randomly close 2 hours early. Here it said they were closing at 9pm, door said they were closing at 7pm today, and they had a hand written note saying they were closing at 5pm.

I called to see if they do walk-ins and I waited after 30 minutes while they took others that walked Ahead of me. I'll never go again. Went to fantastic sams and walked in got in soon as I sit down.

This was the best experience ever! There was no wait and the salon was nice. Most importantly I am particular about who cuts my hair and I am always worried because I have had the worst experience ever, but I told Amanda how I wanted my hair cut. She listened to me and cut my hair just the way I wanted it and it looked great. Best hair cut and experience ever! I will be returning for Amanda to do my hair. She just got a new client!

Love this location!
Usually I always come in for a Dutch or sometimes French braid and Kelly helps me with this as she is the go to gal for this! Shes always sweet to me and willing to braid my long hair.
Today I came in and got a shampoo, blow dry and style. Sherry helped me and was fun to talk to and listen to! She kept telling me how pretty my hair is and I couldn’t thank her enough for styling it all for me for a work function.
Thank you both so much for all the time you’ve put into always making me feel so special. Bless you!

They do have folks that cut hair rather well, but it doesn't help when you check in, in person, are told it is a 30 minute wait. Then about an hour goes by seeing others get hair cuts that checked in after you, and you find out... oh, you're not even in the waiting queue so you have to get check in again, and wait again. Nope, don't have time for that garbage.

I was in need of a haircut and my regular Barber was out of town. I looked up Great Clips and saw there was zero wait. Luckily, I had Dottie take care of me. She was quick and professional getting me taken care of and out the door. I might have just found my new barber.
