Kristi O, my tax prep and Heather, the receptionist, always make doing my taxes a breeze. From scheduling to completing, then offering advice to prepare for year ahead. They have seen me from simple returns to, as of late, more complicated returns and knowledgeable about whatever new circumstances I find myself in. Entire staff always been so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

I didn’t have an appt just walked in and was greeted with friendly smiles all around! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kyla. She was fast, efficient and explained the whole process. I was nervous filing by myself for the first time but she helped walk me through it and answered all my questions. Would absolutely recommend Kyla to everyone!

Michael Huges did a fantastic job preparing my taxes this year (2024). He patiently entered all 9 of the different tax forms I had this year. He also gave me better news than I expected. Plus I received a senior discount this year. I am well satisfied!!!

I took my friend in there for 4hours I had an appointment she did the card and the money was supposed to go on the card and it never did cost of $300 to do it they said she didn't qualify to get the money early then when it went on there we went to the bank four times to see if it went on and it didn't the fifth time it went on quite a lot of money for 20 min and alot of run aroundwe were going to fill out a form to report them and they said it wouldn't do us any good we figured we'll do a review

Had an appointment today at 10:00 am and my girlfriend had hers at 11:00 am. We walked in right after someone else did and the lady at the front (don’t know her name) informs us that she has 2 appointments at 10:00 am and that she’s by herself until 11:00 am. That doesn’t make any sense on having 2 different 10:00 am appointments but can only help 1 customer at a time (obviously). I asked her if I was going to be helped now or if I had to wait and she told us we had to wait for our appointment. First time customers here, never coming back. Don’t recommend anyone doing your taxes here if you value your time

Michael took such good care of me and in a quick fast and a hurry! My daughter was in the hospital the entire weekend and I had a really bad day and he made it all go away with being kind I thought I was talking to a friend. I'll be back again next year for sure! Thank you

The tax preparer Ms Shirley Perring at Hewitt Jackson on South Ferdon Road has always been a professional and very well versed when it has come to my spouse in Lori and I Tim McKnight Jr filing our taxes. There has not been one question we have asked she could not answer. We've been seeing Ms. Shirley for the last 9 years and will ? cry when she decides it's time to retire which we know it coming around the corner ? JH couldn't ask for a better employee/professional/person than Ms. Shirley. Thanks Ms. Shirley for always taking the time to care and prepare our taxes year in and year out. We love you Ms. Shirley and ? pray for your health and family. Be blessed along with Jackson Hewitt.
