Katie Manor Apartments offer very nice, spacious apartments that are well-maintained and clean. The property and grounds are very well kept and tastefully decorated. Residents enjoy amenities including a sparkling clean swimming pool, common areas, and a kitchen. The office staff is wonderful, super helpful, kind, and always there to help. The residents are also very friendly, creating a great community with fun activities. Many long-term residents highly recommend Katie Manor and love living there.

I have lived at Katie Manor since 2018. Very large and spacious floorplans. The office staff is always there to help. The place is kept very Clean and well decorated. The pool is sparkling clean. Very fun activities.

Katie Manor is well-maintained, the building, and the grounds. The swimming pool is nice, as is the common area and kitchen. The apartments are very nice as well and the staff and residents are very friendly.

I've been here almost 5 yes. I never thought I'd like apartment living but I really do a great of group of people and very friendly staff
