Katie Manor Apartments offer very nice, spacious apartments that are well-maintained and clean. The property and grounds are very well kept and tastefully decorated. Residents enjoy amenities including a sparkling clean swimming pool, common areas, and a kitchen. The office staff is wonderful, super helpful, kind, and always there to help. The residents are also very friendly, creating a great community with fun activities. Many long-term residents highly recommend Katie Manor and love living there.

The office and the maintenance staff are always so helpful and friendly. I love the neighbors that I have met on my hall. The fun activities that Brandi and Donna do for us is always so fun and exciting. My forever home is Katie Manor.

Very well-maintained senior apartment community. The floorplans are spacious and open. The resident activities are always so fun. A really nice pool and fitness area also. Highly recommend Katie Manor. Five Stars.

I have lived at Katie Manor since 2018. Very large and spacious floorplans. The office staff is always there to help. The place is kept very Clean and well decorated. The pool is sparkling clean. Very fun activities.
