Waited for over 20 minutes to get tea. Got out food and it tasted like it had been sitting out all day. To top it all of while waiting the staff were talking about other coworkers, cussing, and being very unprofessional including the manager!!!! Won't be back and definitely do NOT recommend!!!

Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender big box meal, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Food was delicious, service was friendly and quick. Stage of restaurant was lacking in that there were rips in the fabric of the booth, and the buffet was closed and there were food inserts still there…and one customer before me didn’t get his food, and they apparently lost his food ticket so they made it for him once he showed the ticket. Overall it was a good experience, just think the restaurant needs some revamping and some help with orders.

Terrible I should’ve checked my order and I didn’t. My fault. Fire everyone and start over. I will come and work part time to make sure all orders are right. It doesn’t seem that difficult. And I will say sorry for you not having enough dark meat chicken to go around. Wow maybe make more dark meat or ask me to wait because I gladly would. At least you got the potatoes and corn right. So I know it was my order

I ordered an 8 piece meal. The man behind the counter said they had no original dark meat. Only dark meat they had was extra crispy. Not a good answer. Twenty eight dollars later and a wait of more than 20 minutes I got home and there were three wings, two legs, two over cooked breasts and one piece that some what resembled a crushed thigh. The mashed potatoes were cold and the gravy container was almost half full. The biscuits were old and crumbling in the box. I will never go back. Rather drive across town to find decent chicken. Don't waste your money and expect any kind of value. BTW I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich and it didn't arrive home either. Good thing I wasn't charged for it.

Ordered online through kfc app. Ordered 2 buckets with sides, 3 of the 4 sides was wrong. One bucket was Krispy chicken and other was original, but got old dry original chicken in both bucks, but one bucket had 2 pieces of Krispy dried out and brittle. The chicken was tasteless except for mounds of salt in it. Manger told me he thought it was a door dash order that's why the just put anything in there. Smh

I want to give a shout out to the new night shift manager maddy she was really sweet and helpful with my order that was messed up yesterday. She took the time today to make the order her self and to make sure she got everything on the ticket right she is the employee at this kfc i have encountered so far and love giving credit where credit is due thank you maddy for your paitents on my order and helping me making sure you got everything i loved your positive attitude and how sweet and kind you where i hope this kfc can lear a lot from you thank again maddy ? ❤️

So ….. if you are planning on going through the drive through , bring a book , a blanket , a portable dvd player …. Something to occupy your time since you will be there for a lengthy wait . THEN CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!! We get home and part of the meal is missing . Not to mention the non existent service . ! If you think you can call to bring this to the managers attention , don’t bother . No one answers the phone . Not a good experience at all

Worst service I have ever received anywhere! I order a large family meal and I was shorted 8 pieces of chicken. I tried to call over and over with no answer, so I sent my son to go back up with the receipt. He was told “nice try.” I called on his phone and he put me on speaker and I asked to speak with the manager. The female in charge said there was nothing she could do, he had to come back tomorrow.I drove to the restaurant myself, to speak with her and explain that I have a job and I am NOT trying to steal any chicken! I am just trying to feed my family. She told me the same thing. There was nothing she could do, to come back tomorrow

Got home didnt have the mac and cheese U only had 7 tenders instead of 8 they were cold the chicken was over cook I I had to go back in and get my bucket I will never go back to this location

I had placed an online order for some chicken. Once the app told me my order was ready, I pulled to the window. The MANAGER says:Our fryers are down! WHAT! And he also said it was nothing he could do to reimburse my $21.00. I am through with KFC!

KFC, you got me. I should have known better than to expect more. I tried the new chicken wraps for something different and not alot of money. 2 for $5. What a waste of money. I've eaten hot pockets that have more flavor and are more filling. And to top it off, I had to wait for them. I guess there was a backup at the microwave. Next time, I'll go to the grocery store and get a box of hot pockets and heat them up in the microwave. At least then, I'll feel I've gotten my money's worth.

Everytime I order food from here I never get ALL of my order I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Everytime I try to call them they don't answer
