If you can go anywhere else do so. The woman manning the desk 2-1-2024 at 7:30 was the rudest employee I've ever dealt with. My doctor made a mistake with the order, which is 100 percent his fault, but when I tried to ask questions so I could have it rewritten correctly and decide if I wanted to pay for repeat bloodwork, she progressively got more and more short before looking me in the face and saying "does it even matter? Do you want the bloodwork today or not?" In the most bothered tone I can imagine. Well obviously I'm trying to figure out if I can AFFORD to do it with some of it needing to be redone. This was a 3 minute conversation with no one else waiting, so I'm not sure why it was a chore to look up the cost.

Checked in on my phone per the instructions sent to me, when I was texted to go inside because they were ready for me, the women at the desk had zero clue. Next I went to pee in my cup and the floor and seat had piss all over the place, so I had to clean up their bathroom before hand so I didn’t get someone else’s pee on my pants and butt. In hindsight I should have flushed and then flushed the toilet paper I cleaned the floor with afterwards since there is no trash can, but it clogged the toilet. The blood tech then yells from the back that I clogged the toilet, I’m assuming to embarrass me, highly unprofessional, they then make me pee again in a temp controlled cup because I’m assuming they think I’m a criminal that did something wrong. When I told the lady at the desk why it was clogged and that they should probably pay more attention and keep a sanitary bathroom when dealing with piss and blood she did apologize but it was a little late nor do I think she meant it. Bathroom looks like a truck stop to begin with least you can do it make sure it’s clean before sending someone in there. Only reason I gave two stars is because they only stuck me once and didn’t roll or blow my vein out.

What a great experience for something that is considered to be traumatic, especially for a 5 year old. The ladies were very sweet and spoke to my daughter the entire time. They walked her through everything and continued to give her positive feedback and praise. From start to finish we were there a total of 10 minutes. Sophia and I appreciate their compassion and gentleness through the entire process. 10/10 Thank you.

The bathroom does not have soap or towels to wash hands. Notice the sign to wash with soap and water. There also was urine rings from cups on the counter and urine stains in the floor. Pure biohazard!

You can't call their offices directly. You must leave a message with a 3rd party service, and then they will get back to you at their leisure. Also, the employees can't call different offices directly.

Definitely do an appointment if you are going here. I made an appointment and got in a few minutes after my scheduled time. They only had one person working who did everything. I am not sure how she did it all by herself! She got blood from me super easy. She was not the most welcoming but who would be when you are inputting all the orders, patients information, getting the blood and EVERYTHING! The company does need to get a good cleaner and more staff to help.

I had an appointment and still had to wait over on hour. One poor woman had been waiting for two hours, but she didn't have an appointment. The lab tech was great, she was just working the front desk and the lab by herself. They are severely under staffed.

Holy Molly, my experience was great. I was a walk in, midmorning and immediately seen. They were polite and not overly friendly, but were professional. I prefer professional to the overly friendly chatty types anyway. They took my blood and I didn't even feel it. They answered all my concerns and questions. Thanks.

Have stopped by twice - once at 2:20p on Monday and they wouldn’t take me back because they ran out of the test I needed (I think it’s because they wanted to close early). They told me to come back again the next day and they would have it. I came back the next day but couldn’t get there until 2:50 and the doors were already closed. I am disappointed that they close early and reject patients who come in anytime during the last hour. Most people work and aren’t able to leave early. A teacher came at the same time as me and complained of them constantly closing early as well. They need to be open later to accommodate for most customers.

Had the worst experience. My 4 year old daughter was crying in so much pain from having to hold her bowl movements because she was refused the bathroom here. When I asked the lady she was very rude and refused to let her use it. We had been there waiting for an hour.

first off i had an appointment and didnt get to go back for my blood work for about half hour after my scheduled time. it was rather dirty for a medical facility. i seen a tray next to the blood drawing seat with bandage stuff in it and the elastic things to squeeze the arm. the tray was diry and had dust in it which made me really uneasy. there was a used alcohol pad on the floor. there was some needle covers that were off and in the organizer with the unused needles still. that definately made me uncomfortable. a glove on the floor next to the bio trash bin. the lab tech was grabbing the needles and the tubes with bare hands and not using gloves till the actual poking. definately not what i like to see happen with me having severe germ phobia ocd. the staff didnt seem overly friendly and seemed to do more of the bare minimum of talking. i was getting such severe anxiety looking around at the blood drawing part with all the uncleanliness i was seeing waiting to get my lab work done that i was tempted to run out of there as fast as i could. but i tried to keep my cool and wait. with needles being handled with bare hands and dirty supply tray next to me i hope i dont catch anything from my visit there. im not sure how clean things actually get between each client but i was extremely uncomfortable and absolutely did not wanna sit in that eat and fet sick and scared putting my arm on the thing to get my blood work done. definately gonna get a test done with quest diagnostics in the next 4-6 weeks to make sure i didnt catch anything from the shady looking people i seen in the waiting room that went in before me.
