Thank you! I was trapped inside my wheelchair equipped van when the doors wouldn't open. We went to Mack's for help, and Ashton didn't hesitate to tackle the problem. After 45 minutes, Ashton and others got the doors open and made a temporary fix to ensure I could get out when I got back to the house. If not for Mack's, Ashton, and the crew, I would have had the doors drilled out or used another destructive method, leaving permanent damage to the van. Mack's has always been family-oriented, professional, and courteous over the 25 years I've been here, and it's great to see they haven't changed.

Brought my van in bc the ac wasn’t cooling. Was told it was the compressor and it would cost $1700.00 plus the $115.00 diagnosis fee. We got a second opinion, turned out it was a sensor which only cost us $225.00.
I’m not into bashing companies, just wondering how this could happen???!!!!

Fantastic local mechanic shop, I’ve taken my 2019 Ranger here for everything from oil changes to full transmission replacements and they have been incredibly kind and straightforward since day one. They do a good job of talking you through the quotes they provide and try to give you multiple options for big repairs, highly recommend going to them over dealerships in the area.

The whole staff is nothing short of amazing! They are have Excellent customer service! Very honest and dependable constant communication on my vehicle and what was going on before I could call. My car was fixed before the time it said it would be done and it runs better than when I first got it! As long as I am here I’ll always take my car here and recommend them to anyone!

I was directed to Mack's by the local Dodge dealership to address a VIN lock programming issue with my 2004 Dodge Ram created after a fuse box replacement. An issue Dodge won't, or can't, handle due to the age of the truck.
The service at the front desk, and the interaction with the mechanic (Ashley), was exceptional. Friendly, honest and informative from the moment I stepped in the door. Ashley walked me through the diagnostic process, and even fixed an unidentified issue with the ECM at no cost.
I highly recommend Mack's. They are a small shop providing professional, competent, and very reasonably priced service. It's great to know that shops with this level of integrity still exist. I will not hesitate to utilize them in the future.

Absolutely worst customer service! Was recommended by the owners and decided to give it a try.Needed my car to just be diagnosed … made an appointment .. Was asked to drop off the night before so I did. Called the following day at 11 and was told they haven’t looked at it. Was told she couldn’t tell me when they could see it. Still no call by 430 so I called them 10 times NO ANSWER. the website says they close at 530pm. Decided to get an uber(paid $30) and go get my vehicle cuz I didn’t know what was going on. Got there at 5 and they were closed !! The following morning still NO CALL so now they had my vehicle for 2 days ! I get there about 930 am they open at 7 am. Called 4 times NO ANSWER. The lady at the desk apologized and told me they checked one spark plug and one fuse they weren’t done but I told her with the lack of communication I WAS DONE. $115 later …. I am completely disgusted by this business!!

I was traveling through and noticed I had an issue with my radiator. Ms. Diane, Jen, Austin, and Mr. Mack were all incredibly helpful. They found parts and fixed my vehicle in less than 24 hours. They are the kindest and most honest mechanic shop I have ever been to. If you are traveling and have car trouble stop by and get the best car care possible at an honest price.

Excellent customer service! I was traveling to Texas, & my truck started to over heat. I was there first thing in the morning & they worked me in their very busy schedule. Nice honest people. Justin did a good job on my truck. He didn’t just send me out the door til he was satisfied that my truck was running properly. Ashton, Jennifer & Diana were very polite! I would highly recommend this mechanic shop!

Mack's Auto-Tech, Inc. was a life saver for us when our older model Ford E450 Motorhome had issues with the pressure switch. They worked us in right away and advised us of future items we may need to keep our eye on for replacement. Oil change and pressure switch replacement completed quickly and very reasonably.
