Me and my daughter were out shopping around for a new mattress last week, Brendan was our salesperson. He was not pushy or anything and answered all of my questions. And came back today to purchase two new mattresses with Brendan. The whole experience was pleasant. Brendan is an excellent salesperson.

Highly recommend Mattress Firm in Crestview, Florida for your next mattress. Amanda greeted me when I walked through the door, asked if I had an idea of what I wanted in a mattress. I told her I thought I wanted a Hybrid and she pointed me to the perfect mattress. I tried three different brands and two different firmnesses. She explained everything about the warranty and even suggested I open a credit card to save an additional 3%.Fantastic experience for sure. Can’t wait for my bed to be delivered.

Adam and Sharday were absolutely amazing! Sharday was very attentive and welcoming. She listened to our needs and wants in terms of health issues and budget. I went to this Mattress Firm simply because it’s in the town I shop in and was on my way to my original destination. I wasn’t actually expecting to buy something the same day but figured I’d go check them out anyway. However, Judy was a phenomenal sales person and really knows their merchandise! I was greeted the very minute I walked in and was asked how she could help….Once I told her she took me straight to these options while explaining the brands they carried and the different types available. She was completely knowledgeable about everything they have and led me through the whole process seamlessly! I highly recommend this location if you’re close enough and if you have an option; ask for Judy, you won’t go wrong!!! Thanks again dear and I’m super excited about our new mattress arriving in just two days!?❤️

The sales lady was very informative about the different mattresses and applied the Labor Day sale(which is amazing!) For a queen mattress and a box spring foundation, I only paid about $600. Plus, FREE DELIVERY! Right price and great customer service.
