“Great visit all around. I was able to get appointments for both my Dad and I on a Thursday morning. Check in was relatively easy at the kiosk. My Dad was taken early and I only had to wait a few minutes for my appointment. There were several phlebotomists on-site plus a manager. I was called back by a new guy, Austin. He was a bit unfamiliar with the computer system but he was a pro at drawing blood. He got the stick on the first try and quickly filled 3 tubes with minimal pain in my arm. Very little bruising afterwards. He was very friendly also. Definitely recommend for all your laboratory needs.”
