Papa John's has good pizza, service is always fast. Employees are very friendly. They offer a military discount. They have local area specials. My son loves the Alfredo Pizza.

Management only cares about anything so far as it relates to their precious bonuses. Period. They don't care if a chicken wing falls on the floor - just send it out with 5 instead of 6. This is a regular occurence. They hate their jobs and scream for customers to die and to learn how to cook, of course not realizing if that were the case, they would not have these jobs. If a pizza warmer is broken and no room to keep pizza warm, no problem, just put it anywhere. Hateful staff that do not care about anything. Seriously, find another pizza joint. Not clean either - look around next time you go in - the floor has permanent dirt everywhere. Bathroom will make you gag. Ick Ick Ick

I have never been disappointed by Papa Johns until now. This product was intentionally handled to dissatisfy the customer. I never had a problem with Papa Johns at other locations, but this one hands down has been a disappointment. Maybe train better or fire the pizza maker. Either way, the job is not hard. Give effort into what you do.

I think it’s lame that they fired all their drivers and now they have people delivering without the heat bags. Also they are outsourcing their order takers to somewhere in India so you can barely understand what they’re saying. The last time I ordered, my pizza arrived smashed into one side of the box. Just disappointing!

I ordered online for carry-out and waited about 20 minutes before heading to the store to pick it up, when I arrived the only person working, I'm assuming the manager admitted she was busy doing Admin stuff and forgot about the order entirely. Total time for an empty restaurant for about 45 minutes for a pizza.Biggest recommendation is not to do interviews if you are the only one on shift.

Bad attitudes! Manager Compton attitude with me when I came to get my pizza. I asked to get my money back, and the attitude got worse! Go with a locally owned business instead of these corporate clowns because their employees don't care about the customer!

Placed a delivery order. Got my order and it was the wrong pizza. They gave me someone else’s order. It also wasn’t even hot.Called to let them know and the manager seemed very annoyed with the fact I called for not getting what I ordered. Said they would make a new one and have it brought to me. It’s been almost an hour and still haven’t received my replacement. Not happy.

Our Church ministers to the men in the Okaloosa county Correction Center. We wanted to do something nice for them and worked with the warden to allow us to bring pizza into the work camp side for those who would be attending the service. We contacted the district manager and told them of our intentions and asked if we could get a discount for a large order. They said they would give us half the pizzas for free so we ordered 22. When we went to pickup the pizzas we were told that the entire order was FREE! What a blessing! The pizzas were ready, hot and fresh. We also gave pizza to the guards who were really appreciative. Many Thanks to Pappa John's in Crestview for the wonderful gesture.

Ordered almost $50 worth of food for carry out. Arrived to pick up order and went to pay with $100 bill as that is all I had and was told by Manger that she only had less then $20. Manager was rude and said I should have called and asked first if Bill could be broke for change. How does a place not have the means to break large bills? How do you pay out your drivers?. Total garbage that cash is no longer wanted. Never again. I'll take my business else where

Ever since they switched to door dash delivery it shows up delayed and food is always cold. This will be the 3rd and last time I deal with this door dash nonsense.
