“I had the pleasure of working with Angela today when a package didn't get delivered to my P O Box. She is a supervisor and she is the greatest! She investigated my problem, even checked the lockers incase my box went to the wrong locker. And, when she didn't find it there, she looked around and found my box! I don't blame the post office. She took the time to explain the situation and it seems there is a weird disconnect when UPS tries to deliver a package to a P O Box. All of the employees there at the Post Office are great, but Angela is my favorite starting today!”
