I went to this pharmacy for the first time to get a prescription for testosterone filled. My doctor wrote the prescription for 1 vial containing 10ml of testosterone. The pharmacist was adamant about convincing me to get 10 vials containing 1ml each instead. Even with a coupon, it would have been 3 times the cost of the single vial, which is why I was getting the single vial to begin with. When I went to pick up the the prescription the next day, I got a condescending lecture in the drive thru about how he wouldn’t be able to fill the prescription next time because it’s wasteful and bad for the environment. He was perfectly ok trying to waste my money, and perfectly ok wanting me to throw ten separate vials into a landfill instead of just one, yet he lectured me about waste. Maybe he should take a walk out back to the dumpsters to see the overpriced food nobody bought being thrown away every day. Or maybe he should just fill the prescriptions that doctors write instead of using Publix Pharmacy as a platform to push his own personal ideas.

Thank you Vicky for going the extra mile mile and checking surveillance ! We found the wallet in the car because you looked and told us what pocket he put it in jarred his memory to look between the seats better. The pharmacy has always been good to us as well . Thanks to all customer service always on point!
