Poor management decision. Closed the cold cuts aisle completely during the busy part of the day. Forced me to go to Publix North to get what I needed. Of course they offered to shop for me, but I wanted to choose my own lunchable to eat for lunch. Please do your remodeling stuff at night, not during the busy part of the day.

I love Publix. My only complaint is that they can be a little pricy at times, but you get what you pay for. Bottom line always received the highest quality and freshest produce. Always convenient, always very professional and polite, and well organized with quick checkout. By far the best deli and bakery.

Instacart workers for Publix are scamming people! I will not be scammed again! Publix is my home away from home~ all the workers are like family to my family~I do not take it lightly when instacart is representing for Publix , and not being honest! BE VERY AWARE! Instacart will make adjustments that will only serve them an extra way to steal your money~ they always act like your meat isn’t available, and replace it w/ the cheapest meat they can find, so they can make adjustments to give them more money. They help theirselves to your bank account, and literally steal your money!!!!! I approved $160 for a $136 bill~Instacart made bogus adjustments, and went back in my bank account and put $180 on hold~ NO PERMISSION FROM ME AT ALL!!!! They overcharged me for things I bought by weight~ Charged me for 2lbs of deli chicken tenders instead of the 1 lb that I ordered. Overcharged me for cabbage etc. BE CAREFUL~ any product sold by weight they will steal your money. They call it ADJUSTMENTS~I’m very upset catching Instacart scamming n stealing from my bank account~ I was very excited knowing we could use this grocery service, and I had so much respect for these “grocery angels”,ONLY to find out they have been stealing from me all along~ she got extra greedy this last time, so she got caught, and I was livid when I saw she helped herself to my bank account and took $180 after her scam adjustments. I tip good as well~ Don’t fall for it~ they help theirselves to your bank account~ Publix are honest people ~ Instacart has no place in Publix!!!!

Employees actually notice and see and speak to you...ask you if you found all you were shopping for...much more professional and kind vs the North Crestview Publix...they only speak to and acknowledge white women and old white men...no one else...!! They mean mug, eye roll, never speak or get annoyed if you ask for assistance...I live on the North side but I will drive past the North store and head to the South side Publix even if all I need is chewing gum....
