I went there today to get my mother’s nails done for Mother’s Day and I got mine too. I had got 2 fingers cut one was really bad and they didn’t take the right precautions to clean the wound instead just put nail glue on it and continued working using the same tool they cut me with….other than that the shape design and color was great just wish they took the right precautions to cleaning the wound and stopping to properly handle the situation now my finger that is cut bad hurts and I can’t really put pressure on it

The staff is always friendly & courteous and the place is clean. My nails are always looking on point and Cindy did a great job with the chrome on them this time! They always go above and beyond.

The worst manicure I have ever gotten. Only a cheap paper napkin on table, I had a dip. My fingers were colored up to first knukle, she used an acrylic clear polish, I chose a mauve powder color from the sample sheet, the color ended up bright pink. The girl dropped a utensil on the floor and used it to stir the powder! I was not given given the opprtunity to wash my hands or any lotion. I left with a terrible pink color on my nails, purplish stained fingers, and grity residue on my hands

I loooooveeeee this Nail Spa! The ladies there are Top Tier! The greatest and sweetest women I ever met in my life! I called to see if they were busy and they told me they were, Cindy called me back within 10 mins and asked me if I could come they had a 12 noon appointment that canceled and I came in to get my pedicure, Cindy greeted me by name. Which made me smile ? Anna was very gentle and did a fantastic job on my pedicure. Alia and Cindy made me laugh the entire time! Never a dull moment while I was there. The sweetest and funniest ladies I’ve met. Such a great vibe. Will most definitely catch a flight there when I’m not on my truck to get my pedicures when I can. They made me love Crestview and I love those ladies. Those ladies hugged me and made me feel wanted there! MOs definitely recommend going to Regals Salon if you are in the area. Great environment and great vibes. The only reason I didn’t get a full set is because I do flatbed and that’s hard work and I always break a nail! Too bad to be walking around with a broken nail

This place is bar far the best place I’ve had a pedicure. The staff is friendly and they do a beautiful job! I highly recommend Regal Nails!

$100 for a manicure and pedicure gel nails didn't last 2 weeks because she didn't paint all the way to the cutícul. Normally a gel pedicura last all summer. At this price its not worth it.

I have been a regular for Pedicures at this salon for over 7 years. I am saddened to see only unhappy customer reviews listed here. I want to make sure that my review is perceived as a very positive review because I usually make an appointment and am thankful that Julie is very efficient at keeping my ingrown nails at bay. All of the staff have always been friendly and pleasant to work with and my Pedicures always look lovely. I get many compliments on how they look. The staff like to joke around with one another and are always smiling. I prefer that to some of the other salons in Crestview whose staff are very unfriendly and do not appear that they like their workplace. I hope to see more of the repeat happy customers who I see on a regular basis at this salon provide a positive review. I plan to continue doing business there as long as they are open.
