I love everyone that works at this bank they are so friendly and helpful. However, EVERY single time I need to use the atm when they're closed it has never been in service this is going on months and months please fix this issue.

Flo is the best banker I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot go in to the details of the situation with my account for privacy reasons. However she went way above what she had to do to resolve my situation. I’ve had a business and personal account with Regions for over 5 years now. I will never go back to any other bank. Thanks Regions!!

The people here are okay but regions allowed our cards to be fraudulently stolen and NEVER refunded the money. They kept over $1000 fraudulent charges from being credited back to us. Do not support regions banks

How is it even possible that your ATM is always malfunctioning??? I’m just trying to withdraw a small amount of money but I can’t withdraw a single dollar?!?!?! I’m about to dump regions altogether. This is bullshit.

Kindness goes along ways. Jacob Walter's was amazing, understanding and kind. Not only did they help me with my account but treated me like a person not an account... I can't say thank you enough!! I will always use the Crestview branch.

THIS ATM MACHINE NEVER EVER WORKS! EVER. NOTHING WORSE THAN CONSTANTLY DEALING WITH ATM ISSUES WHEN U NEED TO WITHDRAW MONEY.

Although there are few employees, everyone has to sympathize with money when working together. I come here when there are many customers, but I still wait patiently, because when it's my turn to work, every employee will. They are all very enthusiastic. I am happy to be a customer of this bank

Came in on a Friday morning to see about opening a checking account with the Crestview branch. Was told no one could help me that day. Was told to come back on Monday. I set an appointment for Monday, but went to eglin credit union and got a checking account and savings account immediately. They were super nice and helpful. I tried to call region’s bank back to cancel my appointment time, but no answers the phone. I would not recommend region’s bank based on this complete lack of customer service. I don’t write reviews ever, so please beware of this business

If I could give no stars I would! Regions is the WORST bank I've ever had! Where do I start with my Negative review. First off when I signed up I was advised I'd get a sign on bonus one for my personal and one for my business account along with everyone
I had signed up. Guess what never received one. I called and went into the branch and no one could provide me answer.
Now my biggest issues are with my business account. They limit my deposits of checks on the mobile app. When I go to the ATM its broken. So then I have to wait till the branch opens and waste my time to deposit. The ATM is down a lot. When I first started depositing checks inside the branch they would give every excuse why they couldn't deposit the checks till a 15 day hold was done. Now I've received an email stating they will deposit any check even if its outside FL and no matter the amount. We will see if that happens. If not I will be leaving.

It would be nice if this branch had more than 3 people working...especially on a Monday...2 tellers and 1 banker is not sufficient Customer service.
