10/10 i definitely recommend! I was able to get my car serviced the same day. Chris was super fast and honest with the issues regarding my car and it was affordable. Erica’s communication was awesome! I will definitely be back!

Erica and Chris were great! I was initially communicating with Erica the whole time with the issue I was having, she was very helpful with helping me out, with the communication as well as the speed of service. I called last minute, and they resolved/fixed my issue within the next day. I’m very appreciative of the work they did. Chris was also very informative with what was going on, and speedy with resolving the issue. I highly recommend this family owned business if you come across any issues with your vehicle and need help, professionalism, communication, and quick work.

Highly recommend. Our family was Travelling and had car trouble on a Saturday afternoon. I called probably ten places and No one was able to fit us in. When I called rustic, I was immediately met with genuine care. They moved things around and saw me immediately. An hour later we were back on the road. Excellent service. Great price. Would use him as my regular mechanic if I lived in the area.

The owner is an absolute gentleman! I pulled over on the side near his shop because my tire was completely deflated after picking up a nail. He saw me and offered to change my tire and was able to switch it out in a matter of minutes. He wouldn’t accept payment, but I would absolutely take my vehicle here in the future!Service: Auto tire replacement

You can’t go wrong at Rustic Automotive. Chris is a top-notch mechanic and Erica is incredibly nice. They exceeded all expectations for me when I realized while traveling (on a Friday afternoon) my vehicle was spraying oil in the engine compartment. Not only did they identify the problem, they ordered the part from multiple vendors and ultimately Chris went to the dealership to get the right part. And they did this all to get me and my family back home Monday so we could get back to work. They could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars for the repair, but thanks to their honesty the total cost was less than $100. They re the BEST!Service: Engine repair

I was driving with two young children from Houston to Orlando. Around 2 miles east of Crestview, my Odyssey became undrivable due to “check charging system”.Stranded at I-10 under 110 heat index with young children was not fun!I called 10+ shops at Crestview, everyone told me that they were full; the earliest they can take my van in would be 3-5 days later.Out of desperation I called Rustic, a pop-mom shop. Erika and Chris took our van in immediately: Erika later told me that it hurts her thinking about young children stranded under extreme heat.They went out of their way to help us: quick diagnosis, then put a new alternator in. Six hours later, we were back on our way to Disney World!I was expecting a huge bill, but Erika and Chris only charged me the standard rate for such an expedited job! Chris clearly know his trade, and Erika has a big heart. What else can you ask for: technical expertise, honesty, and empathy?!
