Extremely Unprofessional.
I scheduled an appointment with Lisa for yesterday at 8:30am. She did not show for the appointment, and when I called her she said she had forgotten about the appointment and rescheduled me for today at 9am. Today I showed up for my appointment and again, no one came up here. I texted her. Nothing. I called and she picked up the line, then hung up. I called again, and left a voicemail. Today is a Sunday, and no one else is open for walk in or appointments. I have been to this salon one other time, and the experience was fine, but after this run around mess I will not be returning or ever recommending it.

Lisa Michelle brought my sad hair back to life! She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She enjoys what she does and it shows in her attention to detail, both with products and making sure I knew what to expect in the process. She exceeded my expectations of what I thought could be done in a one sitting! I had no idea my hair was so orange until I saw it on the black floor mat. Here’s to a new chapter with my new hair and an amazing hairdresser!

I am INLOVE with the result! I consider myself picky when it comes to who does my hair since I have a lot of it (lol) and I like to go to only one person. I came in to get a haircut today, not knowing what to expect. IM so glad I found LISA! She’s great, she is a gem. My hair never felt so lighter and sexy! She is a professional and she does all HAIR things. See her if you’re looking for a little hair make over :)

MORGAN NEELEY IS AMAZING. A TRUE HAIR ARTIST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! I began with box color black and she has me on my way to a softer more natural look. Great haircut also. She's personalble and so funny which made my time in her chair relaxing and fun!
