“All around excellent!! Quick response to texts & emails. Huge lot making it very easy for very large RV's to back into garages (very large means 40'+ bus connected to vehicle or 40'+ 5th wheel connected to 20'+ tow unit). Everything clean. All doors work smoothly. Bay doors lockable with your padlock. 24h surveillance cameras. Easy key pick-up & drop-off. Auto-pay makes for easy payment. Everything is simply excellent!!”

“Contacted Mr Brown about storing our trailer while we were in the process if moving. Scheduled date to bring it in and upon arrival we discovered one if the tires had blown on the trailer. The tire was completely gone and we were riding on the rim. Mr. Brown went out of his way to help us locate and replace the tire. We would highly recommend his facilities to everyone.”
“Update July 2026: we have been with this unit for a 2 years now and I can honestly say its rather irritating that the rates change every couple of months. The rates never go down, they have only ever increased. I would love to be able to leave this unit but unfortunately we are oversease military and dont have that abilty at this point in time.
The manager Natalie, at this facility (South Ferdon, Crestview) is absolutely wonderful! Every time we have had an issue or needed help with billing she has been beyond accommodating.
This facility is also extremely clean, dolly carts are always available to help you move your items, hours of access are also very reasonable and the rates are pretty fair especially for a climate controlled unit.
Overall, I highly recommend and Natalie at the front desk will do everything she can to help meet your needs!”

“I've NEVER had an issue with my storage units through Oakdale Storage. Jeanine is a wonderful woman! She's someone who has been nothing but kind and willing to help when any issue arises. I believe I have been with them well over 10 years now. As long as I have things that need to be stored, I will continue renting their units. Knowing my belongings are protected by multiple security measures, gives me one less thing I don't have to worry about.
Prices? Unit Sizes? Controlled Climate? You won't find storage units this clean, this safe, and with staff like this....ANYWHERE ELSE! If you want to go to the right place and don't want to be wrong....Oakdale Storage (ask for Jeanine 😉) is your answer!”
“Well I've only had it a few days now but everything has been good, no issues or tampering I could see, seeing how your exit gate isn't working n left wide open, I would shut n lock that gate n let everyone use the entrance gate to come n go till you get the exit gate fixed. Other than that it's been great so far.”

“The Store It Here facility is clean, well maintained and SECURE. Easily seen from main roadway and amongst the rare that provides electricity for short periods of time. Having used a facility with cinderblock walls, concrete flooring, and sheet rock ceilings, I should have researched the proper storage techniques before putting anything in a unit made of metal with a concrete without climate controlled. I do want to thank the facilitate management team for putting "special trwats" out for rodents. ?”

Not only did they make the gate easier for me to open, but were very easy to get ahold of even after hours and the owners are amazing. Definitely sharing.”
