“Shout out to Michelle at Prime Storage in Crestview next to Antioch. Long story short. Had a unit with these guys since 2017. After widdling down our stuff my mother wanted to move into a smaller unit. On 2 October my brother and I moved everything out of one unit and into another. I told Michelle that my bill for the month went out and because of paying month by month she couldn’t give me credit. I said thank you and left it at that. A few hours later Michelle called me to say she talked to her boss and I was going to get my full month back. I thanked her and said I appreciate everything she did for us.If you’re looking to store your stuff I am quite sure Michelle will be able to help you out! “Contacted Mr Brown about storing our trailer while we were in the process if moving. Scheduled date to bring it in and upon arrival we discovered one if the tires had blown on the trailer. The tire was completely gone and we were riding on the rim. Mr. Brown went out of his way to help us locate and replace the tire. We would highly recommend his facilities to everyone.”

“The Store It Here facility is clean, well maintained and SECURE. Easily seen from main roadway and amongst the rare that provides electricity for short periods of time. Having used a facility with cinderblock walls, concrete flooring, and sheet rock ceilings, I should have researched the proper storage techniques before putting anything in a unit made of metal with a concrete without climate controlled. I do want to thank the facilitate management team for putting "special trwats" out for rodents. ?”

“We have are storage with Crestview mini storage. They owen more then this one by the dollar tree. They owen the one on aplin rd too, we had our storage for a few years now and the people are nice. They are good price for the unit and they do lock the gate at night at first I didn't like that but now I see why they do.”
