All three people packing were kind and hardworking. One of the sweet workers actually took the time to wish us our best on our next adventure. The loaders were just the same. Kind and respectful of our belongings. Everything was clearly marked and accounted for.
Can’t say enough good things. Experience was good. On time, careful, and respectful group. Thanks again!!!

On September 12th 2024 Shaw's moving truck was moving our new neighbors across the street and left the nose of the truck sticking out in the road. Sure enough somebody hit my mailbox knocking the lid off and my mail in the middle of the road and it was pouring rain out. I noticed it because I saw the lid on the ground so I went out to investigate. The driver came out and said yes I saw somebody hit it and kept going. I asked him why he never called the police or even knock on my door to inform me and he said it was raining too hard. I took pictures and called the company to inform them. After an hour they called me back and said they weren't responsible for the damage even though it wouldn't have happened if their truck wasn't sticking out in the road. I am a disabled veteran living on a fixed income and now I have to buy a new mailbox and pay someone to put it up for me. I feel they should have taken responsibility for it and they didn't even have any orange cones or anything to warn people. I certainly wouldn't trust a company like this to move my cherished belongings! You might want to think of another company!

License plate Y12EKR ran me off the road on the interstate and I had my new born child in the car!!!!!!! He wasn’t paying attention at all and didn’t even care!

One of the gentlemen damaged my night dresser as he was getting it off the truck he dropped it and didn’t say nothing ?? I’m not sure if I’ll be using them again when I move in a year again….

What an Awesome group of movers!! Very courteous, friendly and hardworking. Was extremely careful with our furniture and wrapped up everything securely before loading it on the truck. We would use this company over and over again if needed. Thank you Shaw so much for making our moving day so much better.

This company is awesome! This is not my first time moving using a moving company and they are by far the best! I didn’t feel rushed or nervous they would break anything. They were late, but when they got there everything moved quickly! They even moved my stuff in the rain without complaining. I would highly recommend this company! The guys put everything where I wanted it in my home to make it easy to unpack. They set up my dryer and offered to mount the TV. It was all at a great price. They are the best in Lafayette!

Bad experience from household move -- what we thought was an estimate turned into a non-negotiable flat rate -- after we had moved 7 SUV loads of stuff ourselves -- no box count -- we asked about truck weight (7 hour drive on expressway truck must have been weighed) we were told truck weight was none of our business Final insult was damaged surface on inherited/antique dining room table -- all we got from Shaw was a begrudging apology and an offer of 60 cents a pound towards the 100 Lbs. table -- hardily enough to restore the finish Good luck to any future customers

I highly recommend Shaw Moving & Storage !! What a great team ! They carefully moved my over sized desk faster and more efficiently then the company that originally moved it in. They are on the top of my recommendation list !

I did not use their service. I only got a quote: 750$ to move a 1bd/1bath apartment from crestview to niceville. That’s almost what it cost us to move from GA-Florida.

Shaw coordinated my move from Ft Walton Beach to Denver and it went absolutely perfect. Deadlines were met, valuables were protected, and everyone acted in a very professional manner. I spoke to multiple shady salespeople at other "discount" companies. Shaw moving in partnership with Wheaton can be trusted to handle your move. I feel I got exactly what I paid for.
