“Although my original problem was not fixed, I had taken a 2014 HP 110 desktop with Windows 10, the problem was ' on start up the system would not go past the HP logo...after troubleshooting with the associate, even entering the system diagnostics,, which gave us Zero issues.and attempting other methods, I was recommended to either download my data to a hard drive, USD or other recovery methods..I declined and instead purchased a new PC..and had the associated transfer my old data to the new PC...”
