The most gorgeous nails every time — I’m in LOVE 💅✨
I’m absolutely obsessed with this set! Eman is unbelievably talented — she freehanded this Middle Eastern-inspired design for me, and it came out better than I could’ve imagined. The matte black, the chrome blue, and the Arabic script on that neutral base? Flawless. Every single detail is precise and beautiful — and it’s 100% my style.
Eman has done a few sets for me now, and every one has been completely different and absolutely stunning. She’s got incredible creativity and always brings my ideas to life — but better.
Kelly gave me a pedicure that was just as perfect — gentle, relaxing, and polished to the tiniest detail to match the chrome pigment on my nails. My feet felt refreshed and soft, and the whole experience was pure self-care. Also the massage is phenomenal.
And let’s talk about the vibe — this salon is warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. Eman and the owner (her cousin) are hilarious and so fun to be around. You come in for nails, but you leave feeling like you just had the best time with friends.
Thank you to Eman, Kelly, and the whole team — I always leave feeling confident, pampered, and already excited for my next appointment.

Unimpressed with the customer service. I called in advance, and made an appointment for a Saturday. First, the receptionist called me and said it was a mistake and asked me to come in Friday instead. Not a problem, I agreed. I got to my appointment ten minutes early. I checked in, and the woman yelled something (I assume the technician’s name) and told me to wait and have a seat. I waited over 20 mins. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a beverage, etc. I was not given an update. I was the only person waiting while there were at least 3 people at the reception desk the whole time. Two people did come in while I was waiting and were ushered to their technician right away. I finally asked how much longer, and the receptionist told me it was another 10-20mins. I don’t mind waiting about 15 mins for an appointment, but over 30 is ridiculous for a scheduled appointment. There was no apology nor an explanation. I chose to not wait any longer, and take my business elsewhere. It’s very disappointing.
I’m sure they do great work, but this is absolutely not in line with the kinds of businesses I would like to support.

I had an appointment at this salon but ended up walking out after waiting over 25 minutes to be serviced. If appointments aren’t going to be honored, what’s the point of scheduling one? If I had shown up that late to my appointment, I wouldn’t have been serviced—yet I was expected to sit and wait without any explanation or apology.
What made this experience even more upsetting was that, while I was waiting, two other women walked in and were immediately serviced. I couldn’t help but notice that I was the only non-white person there, and it left me questioning whether that might have influenced the situation.
Overall, this was an incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

I am SO impressed with Sofi's Nails, and they're my new go-to for manicures and pedicures! I was desperately searching for a salon that could accommodate a birthday party with food and drinks and lots of services. Sofi's ABSOLUTELY came through. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the salon was very clean and spacious. Whether you're looking to host a closed event or just get routine pampering done, I cannot recommend this place enough!

I CANNOT say enough good things about Sophie’s Nails! I have been seeing Ms. Sophie since 2019. I live overseas now and still come back a few times a year to have her do my nails. By far the best salon I have ever been to. It’s so clean, everyone is so nice, and so talented!

Edit: my nails fell off after 2 days.. not the same quality. The agreed upon amount was only after I kept asking. $250 spent to go to another nail salon and gave them fixed.
Start out by saying that I come here often and recently moved but came back to visit family. I do love this shop and the technicians are wonderful. The reason for my 4 star is that we purchased a gift card last year for my mom. When I came home we decided to go to get our nails done but it stated that it expired in a year. According to Florida law gift cards cannot expire:
Florida Statute § 501.95 governs on the issue. The statute, beloved by the consumer and despised by the small business owner, was first enacted in 2007 in an effort to regulate trade and protect consumers. Pursuant to § 501.95(2)(a):
“a gift certificate purchased or credit memo issued in this state may not have an expiration date, expiration period, or any type of postsale charge or fee imposed on the gift certificate or credit memo….”
I was offered half the value but I work hard for my money and to give it to a business and it feel almost stolen. I do not feel like it was honored and taken care of. it is unfair to not get the complete amount. I am mainly writing this because if the business cannot handle gift cards passed a year then I would not purchase them. It is unfair for the consumer.
