Worst meal I ever had in 26 years should’ve took a pictures but after few bites and sips into the trash it went.1) We had to wait Atleast 20 mins with only one car in front of us. 2) when joshua comes out he brings out the food but doesn’t give it to us at first he says they have to run the card first but i don’t think so I seen him give the lady in front of us her food and take her payment at the same time so why bring my food out in the cold then bring back inside then because what If he dropped it going back in then would’ve had to wait another 20 mins it was clearly discrimination needs to be fixed do it the same for everyone. 3) we stay 6 mins away but when we got home the burger pull pork was cold , chicken strips were soggy and wet , fries not salt and drink was fizzed out like damn couldn’t even wash down the nasty food cause the drink was flat only good thing was the tots just weird waited 20 mins for cold food

THE STAFF are all very nice, but this is one of the absolute worst sonic restaurants I have patronized… and I love Sonic. I have visited this one at least 8 times in the last 60 days, and my food or drink was sub-par most of the time. Took forever, soda tastes strange, food is average at best, dirty tasting fried foods. Change the fryer oil. And do not put 43oz of ice in a RT 44 drink. Sorry folks, this location needs a shake up.

Placed an order for a blast, order came out and was read wrong. Guy said would you like me to fix that, I say yes. Brings it back saying it’s fixed. I get home and it was never touched. It’s supposed to be brownie and Oreo and I got brownie and cookie dough. Reoccurring event almost every single time we order.

Literally every time i get light ice in a drink yall give me extra. I always do online orders and it takes way longer than it should for just drinks to come out. The little girl Harley is so rude every time we go it’s the same experience. i used to work for this company and i know your job isn’t that hard so why can’t y’all ever do it correctly??

Literally only go here because it is the only one in Crestview and it’s always some sort of problem. From food being cold to something dealing with my order. It’s always something.

Hey everyone,I wanted to share a recent experience I had at our local Crestview Sonic, and it's not a positive one. ? I've always enjoyed Sonic, but my visit today left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.I ordered drinks and snacks through the online app (Ticket #58813) and ran into issues at the menu screens in the parking spots. Since my truck barely fits, my daughter and I decided to use the drive-thru. Surprise! The staff told me online orders can't be picked up that way, even though I've done it at other Florida locations without any problems.I suggested reordering for a smoother process, but the staff member pretended to have technical issues. I parked and approached the restaurant to speak to a manager, but before I could, another staff member insisted I use the stall button.What happened next was totally unnecessary. I was accused of using inappropriate language, which is completely false. I was threatened with police involvement, leaving me scared and shaken. ?I urge Sonic to review the surveillance footage, as it will confirm my side of the story. I treated everyone with respect, and the situation was needlessly escalated by the staff.I'm now hesitant to visit Sonic in the future, especially at our Crestview location. The staff seems out of control, and I believe they could use some coaching and management support.In light of this, I've requested a refund for my order as I never received it. Let's hope Sonic can use this incident as an opportunity to improve customer relations in Crestview. ?Thanks for reading, and I hope we can continue enjoying our favorite treats at Sonic with better experiences in the future.

I tried the newly advertised garlic butter bacon cheese burger meal with the tots. It was okay. It wasn't anything I'd make a special trip for or go out of my way to get. The tots were hot and must have just come out of the oil and straight into my bag. I say that because everywhere I sat the bag down, I had a puddle of oil to wipe up. Luckily, I had extra napkins in my truck because the few that were in the bag just wasn't enough. The service was great. The young lady that brought my food out was nice and very polite. The atmosphere? It's Sonic. My truck was the atmosphere, so I guess it was great ? The price for the burger meal was a little steep for what I got. Maybe they forgot some of the meat or something ? As I said, I won't go out of my way for another one.

Ordered on the app, it said soft pretzel wasn’t available. We were in a truck with trailer so we pulled up to the drive thru and explained we can’t park in a stall. The girl wanted us to find a place park and go wait out on the patio in 30 degree weather. We asked if they had pretzels she said yea but we couldn’t order it until after we got our mobile order! We find a place and park and go to the patio order screens where they tell me again I can’t order a pretzel until after I get my order so I wait. I get my barely warm food then ask to place my order for a pretzel. Wait 10 minutes gave up, but my husbands like we payed I’ll go ask what’s wrong. Then the lady says she never saw us sitting outside their door in the freezing weather! Got a warm pretzel. Not coming here again.

Omg worst place ever !!!! I ordered a hot dog, a #6 now mind you, the picture on the order board, it has pickle relish,onions and all the good works. I got home, all I got was a frigging hot bun, and a hot dog, NOTHING ELSE !!! I paid almost 10 bucks for that !!! I was pissed !! And then try to call them, they do not answer their phone calls ,I tried for a half an hour, they did not answer the phone !! At least they can answer the phone !!! Do not go there !!! You will not get what you want, and pay a high price !!! Wow they do not believe in customer service, not important to them !! Run go somewhere else

Absolutely the worse. None of the stalls or even the drive through screens work and when you go to drive through, you get told to go back to non working stalls. Adios!
