They should change the entire business to "appointments only" on the weekends, I have been to this location three times and I get the same question " did you check in online " if you say no, they will turn you away if the waiting room is a ghost town or not! The last time was today, the lady looked at me like she was very frustrated when I said I was a walk in, terrible business and attitudes!

All of the employees who we have interacted with, have always been great!! I have an uncle who is a quadriplegic, who I care for. &This is his "hair spot", he says. (He refuses to go anywhere else). It has to be the CRESTVIEW location?! He has never had me call to make an appointment. He always comes in as a walk-in customer and they always manage to get him accommodated, in a timely manner! I can also say, he has never left unsatisfied and always has great things to say say about the ladies. So I just wanted to say thank you, to all of the employees there who have ever interacted with my uncle and made/make his experiences there each time, so great!! ?

Terrible, jacked up my son’s hair so bad! It was uneven, way shorter than he asked for, she kept thinning it out, she made him look like he has bangs. No idea what she was doing. Way too expensive to be so bad!!!

Took my husband there just to get a low taper fade and the lady (Dena) cut his skin in multiple places. and shaved his beard without asking. Very unprofessional . 0/10 . Dont recommend at all.

Was the first one to walk in the door at nine in the morning and their computer had an issue signing me in and there was five other people behind me and they went ahead and took them even though First one to walk through And then proceeded to tell me it was a 30 minute wait this is unacceptable. I understand that haircut places are busy and I understand there’s a lot of people on Saturday. I need their haircut, but there are orders to everything and it wasn’t followed place I’ve ever been and not even an apology honestly they need to start bringing back local mom and haircut places instead of these corporate corporate sucks. Corporate America is also terrible

I showed up at 5. They didn’t close till 6 and denied to cut my hair. Would not recommend this place.
