No problems with this store, but T-Maybe as a whole. If you are new to the area, don’t be mislead by deals offered. You won’t have service at or near your work if you’re south of Antioch. God forbid you live or have kids that go to Baker. You’ll have no service there either. I wish someone would have warned me about this subpar cell network before getting trapped into a contract. P.S. if you try to pay your phones off early, that buy one get one free, is no longer free.

Got new phones tonight with my husband and our experience was absolutely top notch and so much fun. We went in earlier this week and spoke with Trenton and Corey. Both so friendly and hilarious! 10/10 experience, came back today to continue with the phone plan and had the amazing opportunity to meet Chance and work with Trenton again. It was a fun experience, they are both hilarious and made the process super easy. Most friendly people I’ve met in a while, it was a whole vibe.

I am a new customer that was having problems after I started my service. I went into the S. Ferdon store & was so heated Chance took care of me, went above & beyond. He took care of my problem so I didn't have to & so I didn't have to stress any further. I hope they realize what an asset he is to T-mobile.Thanks Chance ???

Lame air service in Crestview because they will not update the tower because they share with another provider so the consumer gets bad coverage LAME

I’m giving 5 stars because of the staff. Juan and Ariel have been super helpful, but as far as T Mobile the company, not impressed. I feel like they are robbing us consumers.

Outstanding customer service. Courtney is the best. She explained options and products. Helped me set up wireless internet so all I had to do was plug it in when I got home.

Lack of clarity in communication when it came to providing guidance. Didn't seem invested in problem solving. I was continuously directed to call customer service (no proper contact provided either) without willing to hear the complexities I had. I would have felt better if I was told they did not have an answer rather than trying to make me go away.Don't sign anything until you are provided documents on policies and benefits. I had a device that they verbally claimed that I could return it within a month without a charge. Turns out there was no documentation stating their claim. I'm now paying the price because of poor communication from this team.Seek another store or service.

Ariel the manager was great she helped me pick out my sons first phone . She was very patient with me when I had to leave to go get my wallet the whole process was pleasant and fast. All the staff was friendly and attentive just a great experience all around. And didn’t I feel any pressure and was given the best option for me.

This review is based strictly on the data/talk service not the actual store. First off T-Mobile has improved A LOT since first arriving in Crestview 6yrs ago. Noth Crestview actually has service whereas it was near impossible back then. One of my biggest annoyances and reason I gave it a 2 stars is because in the Airport it is horrendous, yes you have wifi inside but what if it's down. Also, amonce you land and are headed towards the gate there near nothing for service and it ticks me off. There are other parts where T-Mo has blank spots but it has improved a lot over the years, I just hope they further improve North Crestview and the Airport then I'll come back and give it an update.

Very professional and stellar customer service! I was in and out without any hassle and received great information about the product I purchased as well as great service. Would shop at this location again and recommend T mobile.

Apparently the guy signed me up, but at the time he couldn't figure out how to activate an account, so for 2 months I didn't know I had a T-Mobile line or account...just got the bill. This location was mass confusion 2 months ago when I came in, staff just sitting around on their cell phones, nobody jumped up to help, I almost walked out.....probably should have.
