Elizabeth was more than helpful. I placed the reservation and minutes after I received a call from Elizabeth welcoming me to the property and inquiring if there was any additional help I needed. Upon arrival she was courteous and very patient with showing us around the lot and the unit we were getting. Definitely recommend for anyone of search of storage.

Elizabeth is excellent. I appreciate her calling me too. Remind me about either billing matters or any other questions I have such as selling me the combination lock so I don’t have to worry about keys anymore and always being available to assist with other questions that come up during my two years of storing my parents items after they passed away.

We were moving and it was crazy and Elizabeth was nothing but help. We absolutely appreciated her starting a storage, adding a second one removing the second one, she worked with us and made it just a breeze.
