Tom Thumb is a local convenience store that offers a variety of products and services. While the employees are generally nice, the reviews indicate some areas for improvement. The coffee is reported to be weak, and the iced tea faucets need cleaning. The store can get quite crowded, especially in the mornings when people are trying to get to work. One recurring issue seems to be with the deli, where an employee named Connie is accused of giving out smaller portions than advertised, leading to customers effectively overpaying. This has been observed by other employees, but Connie reportedly does not seem to care. Customers express a desire to get the full portion size they are paying for. The drive-thru service also needs some work, as it is not actively manned, requiring customers to call the store to get assistance. Overall, Tom Thumb provides a convenient option, but could benefit from improvements in areas like food service, staffing, and cleanliness to better meet customer expectations.
If the other Tom Thumb down the street doesn't have what I need that's closer to my home, this one usually does. ????????????

Is this a Tom Thumb or a Cumberland Farms? ——- Nice employees but weak coffee. Very crowded in the morning, especially when you’re trying to get to work. They need to clean the iced tea faucets, and brew unsweetened ice tea again.
