“Excellent customer service. I booked a truck but the previous person who had it extended their booking so it was not back in time and they called me early to let me know that it would not be there and were kind enough to handle the cancelation of the booking for me at no cost to me. Customer service was on point, and he was very nice. Thank you for making the best of an impossible situation.”

“There was definitely a misunderstanding between this business and the UHAUL company itself. My daughter and I were treated amazing by the particular established, and they tried to do everything possible to satisfy our needs during a difficult time period. While I was a little nervous about the truck issue, it in no way reflected the customer service that was given. It was a miscommunication error, with no fault on either side”
