Very slow pharmacy. Was told prescription would be ready at 11am on a certain day and it wasn’t ready. I called and they said they’d fill it. Now waiting in line and only one person at the counter. Not very good service and will not use them again.

My friend from highschool took pictures of my fiancé and I during my pregnancy with her camera. She don’t have a business, or any watermark on the pictures, they just gave us a hard time about it. Had to fill out a copy right form because of the “quality” of the pictures. What the actual heck Walgreens.

Never has prescription in stock for anything dr orders. Must order and wait most of the time. I switched to Publix.

This particular Walgreens is always able to get my prescription even when it’s on back order. I travel from DeFuniak to use this pharmacy because the Walgreens in DeFuniak, as well as 90% of the other pharmacies, cannot get the medication I need. Staff has always been very nice and helpful, even when I have had to work on prescription reroutes. Would highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy if you’re having issues with your current one.

AWESOME PHARMACY! I love the staff! Extremely professional, expedient and friendly. It doesn't matter if I use the drive-thru or if I walk in... Everyone is so wonderful at this specific location. Once I started using this Walgreens, I've refuse to go anywhere else. The store is spotless and it has a wide variety of anything you might need. Today, Rick (the pharmacist) helped me fill an Rx for my cat. My poor cat needs steroids and now veterinarians can have human drug stores fill vet Rxs. Super convenient! Anyway, I simply love the staff because they're trustworthy and go above and beyond to help you. GREAT CREW AT WALGREENS IN CRESTVIEW!

I shop weekly @ Walgreens. I was truly upset when trying to purchase my photos at the photo register . There were 2 individuals, the young lady was actually putting merchandise on the shelves. However the young man sent the lady ahead of me to the front register, he also sent me there as well. There were 12 people in line ahead of me another 2-3 behind me. I asked why we couldn't be checked out at photo and was asked if I was paying cash or debit? He never gave us the option. So exactly, what is his purpose on Sunday? It wasn't management because any manager would have immediately opened another register. I worked more than 20 years retail management and know all the games. Walgreens you need an intervention on some employees. Thoroughly disgusting.

Customer service was good the store was really clean but I hada problem with the western union and nobody to help, so I got the Scarlett prepaid (walgeeens) Mastercard (DONT BUY IT , WHAT A WASTE) and employees weren't eduacated on pros /cons dealing with prepaid cards that they sell.

Was told that the cashier was nit open. Was sent to the end of the line and all of a sudden, the next person was called to check out. Finally my turn again, was told I need ID to purchase camel filters. I am 60 years old, really ? Worst customer service, picked up a photo and the employee bent it. I know why I dont come often. The one in Navarre is so much better and friendlier

Why is this Walgreens pharmacy NOT 24/7 but the small town of Milton's is??? That makes sense. Not saying they shouldn't be either but Crestview doesn't have any 24/7 pharmacy but yet we have one of the busiest hospitals around.

One size walgreens products. ... do not fit all. Returned them and was told my. Current ohio liscence(expired I'd with paper showing new info till they ma out the card.) Was unacceptable. I produced a navy dep ID and birth certificate. Not good enough. Bank statements from my account.. no go. Made two trips until finally they said ok. Still haven't got my MOney back. I offered to buy something and pay them in 5-7 days but that was a no. So why can they do it to us? And no. It's not our banks. It's them processing the return. When it should be instant

I've been using Walgreens for I don't know how many years. This is the worst one I've ever had to deal with. If there's a problem with my prescription, I would expect a courtesy call in the least. I wouldn't be wasting my time or theirs by walking in and expecting it to be ready only to find out that it's not, can't be filled yet, etc.It wouldn't be so upsetting if it was an occasional occurrence, but it happens ALL THE TIME. I'm never sent a message or I never receive a phone call, despite the fact that you have my correct phone number. I'm switching pharmacies. Walgreens just isn't worth the headache anymore
