We went thru self checkout yesterday with several small items and some large heavy items like dog food and cat food. The small items were removed from the cart and scanned on the machine, the dog and cat food and cokes remained in the buggy to be scanned with the handheld scanner with the wire. We scanned everything remaining in the buggy, the scanner even beeped to say I got the code.. I turned around and noticed my total was incorrect, also only 4 items were on the ticket, I looked for the cokes I scanned with the handheld device and they weren't there along with the dog & cat food. I lifted everything up and scanned it and paid. We pointed out to the self checkout lay that the scanner is broke and advised her to wrap it in a plastic bag or put an out of order sign or something. But she said the manager doesn't like that idea due to it not being pretty. We stopped to talk to the Team Lead on duty and told her about this and she too was already aware of the situation. We were nearly going to walk out of the door without paying for some items due to a self checkout error. I'm thankful I realized the problem before it was too late. Everyone be careful in self checkout! They fail to properly mark out of order equipment in self checkout, potentially making your Walmart trip turn into a trip to jail! Tried numerous times to call the store manager, he is dodging my calls! Just trying to save his store 2.1 million dollars in lawsuits Have a great day!

I needed 4 new tires for my automobile and after price shopping online Walmart in Crestview, FL had the best prices so I went there, after waiting in line for a customer service rep to talk to I was told that it would take about 2 hours because they were busy so I said that would be alright and I would just sit and wait. Well after five and one-half hours of waiting, I was told that the job was completed. While waiting I noticed that each customer who came in after me was told the same thing, it would take about two hours, this seemed to me to be a line that was either made up by the customer rep., or was provided to them by a supervisor. Needless to say, I was not happy by the time I left the store. If a large company wants repeat, happy customers the truth would be foremost at all times.

Where can you go for a one stop shop. The produce was fresh, layout of the store was a bit funky making you have to back track to get what you need. The nail salon was so packed with what appeared to be some sort of special going on- all local seniors getting ready for the weekend. The prices are a bit high here compared to the Walmarts up north- bizarre you really need to know your prices to find a deal. I find shopping on line and do the shipping you may have more options selections of merchandise-

A friend of mine who is 9 months pregnant used the self-checkout because the place was so busy. Then, an employee came over and went through her entire order accusing her of Stealing!!! 1.) She was Not 2.) How Embarrassing 3.) Just have the employee do the job of Cashier instead of Harassing Customers!!! I will Never use the self-checkout or go to this location.

I bought a printer yesterday, when we took it out of the box it had food and glitter all over it.. We tried to take it back today and get our money back since it had already looked like it had been used. Walmart said they couldn't give us our money back and the serial numbers didn't match. This is BS.

You correct your information online, it says you cash income tax checks up $7500 during tax season. However I just called my Walmart in crestview and they said no they cash income tax checks under $2000. Glad I called first.

Horrible customer service with bad attitudes. I do not recommend even the pick up service as they have answered phones with bad attitudes.

They will kick you out for no reason other than being a teenager.Some "kids" were being destructive so instead of checking the cameras they just kicked us all out and called the police.

I have been sending money to family almost monthly since last September2017 So I have had a lot of experience with the money center in Crestview Fl. The employees are always so helpful and respectful. They do everything that they can to make the process quick and easy I also purchased a Walmart MoneyCard from them recently. They basically set it up for me to be helpful minus passwords and private info. They have you add that yourself. But it too was quick and easy. And it is accepted everywhere that I have been. I do not understand why any normal human would give these people and this location 2 stars ???? The only problem that I have ever experienced is at times there is a fairly long queue But even then these employees move you thru pretty quickly. Plus now you can enter all of your info and such in the Walmart app then just zip in and complete your purchase. I would recommend them highly. Where else can you get money from Florida Mom to OHIO daughter in less then ten mins. For only $5. Well worth it to me. ?????

Need more people on the registers
