Crestview best car wash for sure! Cheaper prices and better services than the other competitors in Crestview. The staff there is always super nice and very helpful with any of your cleaning needs. I'm so excited iam new to the town today, and this is my first time visiting this car wash. Let me tell you, the service I received from Danielle and Savannah was absolutely amazing! I can't thank you guys enough for taking such great care of my work truck. It's seriously looking brand new now, and those shiny tires are just the cherry on top. They look so nice and wet, it's incredible! You've definitely made my day, and I appreciate you all so much. Keep up the fantastic work!

I enjoy going to this carwash, they have everything you need to keep your whip sparkling, shining and smelling good. Complimentary air freshener, vacuum, mat scrubber, clean towels, and window cleaner. Well maintained and staffed facility.

On a whim today I decided to pull in and get my car washed today because I saw a sign for $5 Tuesday! As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by Danii, and she was so sweet and helpful. She quickly told me about the free wiper fluid, bug prep station, free air for my tires and sent me through the wash. I also got a free air freshener . The car wash itself was actually super power too!

Wonderful staf! Extremely helpful! My 1st vist today. Explained all services, offered to fold my mirrors in for me and assist with running my credit card because of the reach from my Titan. Chose the 15.00 wash. Very impressed. The back window did not rinse as well due to the angle but I expected that. The vacuums are super strong suction! A+++ the work areas are kept clean by staff, the staff comes and asks if everything was satisfactory. I will definitely return. Highly recommend!

The staff here is truly the most friendly, supportive, and helpful staff I have EVER experienced at any car wash. They are always moving around and making sure towels and window cleaner are stocked and they ALWAYS provide me with a scent of my choice before I start the wash. My car is hard to keep clean with a 2 year but they make it fun!!

Absolute best drive through car wash in Crestview! The wash itself is great, but what’s better are the amenities afterwards. Super strong vacuums, free wiper fluid and air for tires, and window cleaner and towels provided. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Very reasonably priced! I prefer this car wash than any other Car Wash in Crestview. They always make my car shine as well as they have the best vacuums. Savannah and Sean make my experience absolutely amazing and even check up to make sure the wash was to my standards. I use to go to Shoal River Car Wash but they don’t compare to the experience I have at Waterworx! TESLAS DON'T USE!!!! This place scratched my rims and blamed me! I had never used this type of car wash before and the attendant seemed to want me to center my car on the tire rack I could not tell because she gave no verbal commands or instructions. At the last second, the manager shot out of her office and lined up my rims or it could have been much worse but the rims were already scratched by the guide rails. The tire guide scratched both of my driver's-side rims. They never said anything, the manager tried to let me go hoping I would not notice and when I noticed she became sarcastic and told me that it was not her fault. She stated that I could not follow directions and I could not drive. She told me that several times. The attendant put the sticker right in the middle of my windshield which was dangerous. Not one time, did the attendants shout out instructions or communicate verbally. The attendant guiding me did not use her voice, Why? Passive agreessiveness? There was no customer service. The car wash cleaned the car horribly, for real, I still had to wash my car completely by hand, there are bugs, streaks, and diesel soot all over it. To be honest I am fortunate that there was not more damage to my rims and car, the rollers almost riped off my mirrors and they banged hard on the car without doing any cleaning. I paid for the $25 car wash, are you kidding me what a rip off. I have had the Tesla less than 30 days. When I left the house I was looking forward to getting my car professionally cleaned for once and I got ripped off, insulted, and my property was damaged. That was fun telling the wife, thank you.Don't use this place. Trust me.Service: Car waxing

Worst experience ever. They scratched my rims and told me it was my fault and the car wash did not clean my car, I still had to wash it by hand.

If you are wondering if your 2500 with wide wheels and a ranch hand bumper will fit, it will. Only thing that would make this place better is an undercarriage spray to get the road grime underneath the vehicle. The manager measured the track for the car wash as well as my tires to make sure everything would fit. Cleaned my bed and my wheels. Vacuum 10 out of 10 and the air guns are awesome too.
