Very understaffed, and uninformed and ignorant on policies of Wells Fargo. I recommend using Gulf Breeze for any business, account and corporate situation. These country bunkin’s can barely count.

This bank is horrible! My account was hacked twice in one week! After calling and making the report, my account was hacked again within a few minutes of making the call. The representatives couldn’t explain what was going on. After the investigation is complete, I’m closing my account. All they can do is send a new card, but it’s not the card its the bank!!!

On May 28th I went into this branch at 4:40 pm drawers were being counted and I was lied to by the teller then her superior backed up her lies ... how do I know they lied? I called the 1800 number and branch had given me two different misinformation statements. They could have helped but seemed like they were just trying to leave for the day. Today Lilie helped me by telling me not to forget to sign the back of my money order which would have made it invalid as I'm the purchaser not the party the money order was intended for. I called the 1800 number and found out this also was misinformation. Lilley also is so loud I know personal information about people at her counter.This is awful customer service someone please come fix this branch.
