Didn’t have the correct tips and failed to make that known, I wanted medium SQUARE. He was about to do polish on these like they were fully finished? They look like shit and he knew he was wrong for this, I’ve always been appreciative and respectful at nail salons but this is exactly why women are avoiding these shops. He charged me $50 for these ugly half assed unfinished nails (I left once I realized he actually didn’t care what they looked like)

I went to get my nails done with gel polish and it came out very sloppy. The filing was not straight and the nails were uneven on the tops. I asked for a certain design and I was told they couldn't do the full one, which was fine, but I asked for thicker stripes and I got messy thin lines that look like the Spotify logo. Also when my nails were being wiped with a cotton ball, the cotton fibers were still on my nails when it was painted on and sealed. I have never gone to get my nails done before and will not be coming back here.
There is also top coat all over my fingers and when cutting the cuticles, it was cut way too far and I was bleeding.
I added photos of the reference and what I got. A friend of mine also came and did her and they came out like the requested nails.

Mai is the absolute best!! I started coming here after being very disappointed with another shops work. Mai did not disappoint! I am really picky when it comes to my nails and she listened to what I wanted and delivered perfection. Their pedicures are just as great! I always leave extremely happy
This is the only place to go for your nail pampering needs in Citrus County!

Got a mani/pedi from Ann again today and my nails look pretty. I prefer OPI polish, so I supply my own. As long as the layers dry with this polish, it can last me 3 weeks. I add a coat of Shine top coat once a week. And and her husband looks out for me and helps me up and down. I have mobility issues, but they work with me. Great service and price.

Walked in on a Saturday, no waiting at all. Asked for a basic pedicure with clear polish. I asked the women who greeted me the prices. I showed her my heels which were a little rough. She indicated that the basic pedi should be enough to smooth them out. The basic was $25 which seemed reasonable. The soaking and massage was very relaxing. But as far as the cut, I ended up with different lengths on my nails?? Whatever was used as a polish didn't even dry glossy.
Would not recommend if you are looking for a basic pedicure. I just wasted my money.

Tam is the best for your acrylic nails. He paints designs free hand. Only one I use, and Anne his wife is the best @ pedicures! You won't be disappointed with them.

First time getting my nails done at this salon and let me tell you they are amazing!!!
Mai took care of me and she did a wonderful job. Paying great attention to detail and making sure every nail looked absolutely perfect!
