They say “Ace is the helpful place” and they definitely follow through with that today for me. Had an issue with the car key being cut somewhere else. I brought it to Bruce and he was able to fix the problem without costing an arm and leg . Thank you Bruce for your service. Hard to find people nowadays that actually Care and these guys actually do.

Today I went to go return breakers that I bought yesterday due to an emergency. Found out that I did not need to use them and never installed them. While going to return them, I was told that I cannot return them due to it being electronics. If I would have known that, I would’ve never done business here. They told me that the breakers had stickers that said no refunds which none of the breakers had stickers. I am now out of $100. I will no longer be doing business here.

The best of the best, my daughter bought paint form Ace and after she picked the color she did not like it, we went back to see if they could make it darker and Joe took great care of us, you will never get service like this in Home Depot, THANKS JOE for being so great.

I took a husquvera chainsaw to Carters Ace Hardware in Crystal River they kept it for two months promising they would get fixed. After four different promises I would have by Friday, I demanded that they return it on Monday. Today is Monday and this how they returned my saw

Usually only visit my local Ace Hardware but Carter's Ace of Crystal River is one of the best ones I have been in. Very clean fully stocked and helpful employees that appreciate your business. Did not make me feel like a burden at all or that I was a inconvenience. Every employee said good morning and made you feel welcomed.
