My experience with the billing dept was horrible! I had several appts scheduled but I had to return to another state for a family emergency. I called the office & explained my situation & asked the receptionist to cancel all my scheduled appts.She assured me she would.However I received a bill charging $150.00 for a no show appt that I had cancelled.After several phone calls & emails & promised calls back I am still waiting for a resolution! I will never recommend this office to anyone!This has been since 5/7/2025.

If I could leave zero stars, I would this Gastro doctor’s office a big fat zero!! They have no respectful for anyone’s time. They do not call people to cancel the appointments. So if you’re driving like me over an hour away, don’t think that they will call you to tell you that your appointment was canceled. They’ll just wait till you waste your gas and your time to drive all the way over to there office to tell you to your face that you’re appointment was canceled. And lied to your face stating that they called you and leave you messages which, in fact that never happened I have proof on my phone and on my voicemail that I didn’t receive one call from them stating that they had rescheduled me. And not to mention that this wasn’t the first time this has happened to me with them. Unfortunately I’ve seen other people leave there office mad and I never understood why till I became a victim. I get it now!! I will not be returning back because of this ongoing issue.

I have literally called this place five times within the last 2 weeks to ask ONE question and get put on hold and wait and wait and wait and wait, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, I just hang up! Hire more people if your CS is below average!

You're all fools unless you have a lot of money to go to him he's harassing my mom for 2 years about a bill that was $10. Can you believe that $10 he cannot collect that through the VA now it's turned into a big Bill and I'm suing him.

My father is a new patient and we had our 1st office visit. We saw Joshua who is a wonderful PA. He was thorough, patient, and very personable. 4 stars because I feel as a new patient, the MD should be the one to examine and obtain all pertinent information rather than being the one who briefly comes in after the PA does these tasks. Oddly, this seems the way of a lot of MD offices.
