I’m so happy to leave this review… but a little scared because she may get booked up!! lol Jessica was my nail tech today! I’ve never had someone so thorough and confident! I am over the moon!! My nails have never ever looked this good! Thank you, Jessica. You’re my girl now lol

This place is awesome. I have a great experience every time I go there. I recommend Happy for pedicures and the owner Sonny for my fills. They are two individuals that strive to give great customer service. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!! Thanks you guys.

I am not happy at all! It hadn’t even been two weeks Since I got my toenails done And I had two of My toenails completely peeled up (I got gel) Mind you I had to called and to get them redone because My cuticles were so flooded with toenail polish Then the guy, Didn’t even take off the original polish like he was supposed to and repaint them. He just filed off a little bit of the toenail polish and repainted over it, which is probably the reason why two of my toenails peeled up! So I went back in today to get the two toenails repainted because I want my toenails to look nice for Mother’s Day weekend and the manager refused! I told him I only had time to get the two repainted And he said no, they are not just gonna repaint the two that they would have to completely take off all of it and redo all of them Because “ The color wouldn’t be the same” I literally left there crying because I just wanted my toenails to look nice for Mother’s Day.. This place is a complete joke.. Clearly, your workers Aren’t very educated Or my polish would not be peeling up a week and 4 days later! I am a nail tech myself, and I know if they were done correctly they wouldn’t completely peel off by themselves! I will never spend my money here ever again, and I don’t recommend anyone going here.

Disappointed in the customer service have been coming here for 6 months and always tip generously. Drove 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment just for them to give my spot to a walk in. Will not be coming back 😞

i dont care to much for everyone else here but KRISTI!! is amazing at doing acrylics, i dont usually get my nails done but ive been to many other places that were just the worst but everytime i come back and go to kristi she always does them the way i want and they always look so much better than what ive seen, she is very good at her work!!

*Update* It’s so unacceptable for a business to repeatedly blame 1 star reviews on being busy - the reality is your staff is poorly trained and rude. I will never call to get things fixed because I never want to be treated the way I was treated again by any business.
This was the only place I’d go to get my pedicures and today I went in to get a quick polish change before my wedding day on Friday. I had just had a pedicure a couple weeks earlier so didn’t think I needed more. When I walked in, they said how busy they were - there were two people - and one of the techs said since it’s just a polish change they could take me. I sat down, waited for a long time, and she finally got to me. No problem. My nails didn’t look good at all, she said it would look better after top coat and she knows after 20 years in the business. Then she said it’s because of my cuticles. I said ok, but it’s not about the money for me, I just want nice nails for my wedding, I would have paid more and gotten a pedicure, I just didn’t know. After every single thing going wrong with planning my wedding in light of hurricane Milton, including having to move my beach wedding to a park, I just wanted to have nice toes for my wedding. She could have just said I really could use a pedicure. I would have waited or went somewhere else. Instead, she said, you’re paying $10 for a polish change, what do you want. I couldn’t even stop from crying at that point (I’m 6 months pregnant), and now I have poorly done nails and wasted an hour. She said she wouldn’t accept money from me, as if I’m a problem. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this nail salon, and this is how I was treated before my wedding. Truly appalling service. I left $20 on the chair and left.

KRISTY is my go to girl now! First time and full set. So happy to FINALLY find someone who does a good job! Friendly and patient. She UNDERSTANDS when you explain to her how you want your nails. I have no other words besides saying they are perfect! Thank you!
