Was a horrible and costly experience. I paid them to hire a 3 party moving company to load, transport, and unload my goods. Atlas never touched my stuff and I paid them and the third party movers. Tried calling my agent Emmit and customer support about a refund for some of the expenses. Never got a reply and it’s been year now. Do not use or trust them. They sound professional but fail in follow through service.

Overall experience was horrible. Broken and missing items. My furniture was picked up at storage on the 6th and delivered an the 13th..I called the office and was told once the furniture goes on a out of state truck the don't have control over it. Get a pod
