I'm really impressed with BigLots. The transformation was very nicely done. The store is clean, bright, and they've added some credible clothing.
It's definitely not Dollar General!
The furniture looked lovely as well!

It gets 3 stars until Halloween comes around and i see their festive options. If they add a whole section like normal the stats will go up. Usually my favorite place to get decorations but it's pretty bare in there and nothing like it wasbefore just yet but it's still early from the reopening.

Ghost town: empty shelves, no customers and bored employees. The store is essentially barren, and the excuse of re-opening has long passed. I don't see this location lasting long if they don't get it together.

Robin is absolutely amazing. The best customer service ever and she is so thoughtful, helpful, and kind. Absolutely will come back! The entire store is nice and clean and very nice.
