Not only were my repairs not done to completion when I called to report this the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I realized the bumper was not repaired to completion, I called immediately on Monday. She told me to call back Thursday because she would have to speak with him before I brought the car in. When being questioned why I didn’t bring the car back in sooner, she acted like she didn’t remember the conversation. During our call today, she thought she placed me on hold, but in fact, did not I overheard her whole conversation. HILARIOUS! She not only insulted my intelligence, but also insulted my appearance when describing me to her managers. When I called back to ask to speak to a manager, she refused to let me stating he was “in a meeting”. She is a terrible representation of this business. When I told her I had heard her derogatory comments she made about me all she said was “OK.” We have been customers for years have never had such poor customer service in my life this woman a embarrassment to the business and is the epitome of unprofessional I hope the managers truly do not condone her speaking about or to their customers this way. We submitted our complaint through the customer satisfaction support and will also be reporting her to HR. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss not only the incomplete repairs but also her behavior. I’m sure I won’t hear anything. Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolute awful customer service from woman answering phones.Very insulting and rude.Had my vehicle in there, which they took care of in about 4 days. After having it for about a week, realized a piece of plastic had come undone.This is a business that “cares” about my experience (via text), and when confronted politely about the issue, the lady was not only rude, but very insulting.I had no issue with returning the vehicle to be fixed, stuff happens,But she is the worst!Can’t speak to a manager as she claims they are away, busy, or in a meeting.Consider this customer GONE!!I will go out of my way to tell everyone my experience.

They told me they would have my car for just about a week, however they got it done in just three days! My car is good as new! They kept me informed and gracefully received and answered all of my questions and concerns!They made sure they got me my car in a very timely manner!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They restored my truck from an accident, they kept me informed about the progress along the way, I am completely satisfied with their work, the truck was restored to new condition, I would recommend them to anyone with out hesitation. My car was dropped off on July 17th. And nothing was done to my car for three weeks. It was supposed to only take five days. Only then to be notified by my insurance company that the car was a total loss. I only had four days at that point to find another vehicle. Because, my rental car allowance was running out.Services: Painting

Had my BMW for 2 weeks and did not do any work or give any updates. Sent it to Buick dealership and they had no Idea how to fix a BMW. They waisted 2 weeks while my rental term for 30 days was running out. No common Courtesy at all....

Joe Hudson's couldn't care less about giving clients their estimate I was gonna wait 2 weeks to get an estimate at their convenience. When and how the work would have been done would have been another 6 weeks. This shop is too big for their breakfast and couldn't give a d*** about their customer. They're tied into the insurance industry at ignore all else as long as they're getting paid through the insurance companies. Very annoying very much a waste of time and they need to revise how they're doing business. Thanks, Jim Fike

Do not bring your vehicle here. My Car has been in and out of this place for the last two years they will make things worse and take a year to fix your vehicle. My car gas been painted by this place 5 times and it still isn't done well. The manager of this place is very rude and ignores customers phone calls and doesn't call back when the secretary says he will. I promise you on everything I love don't bring your car here you will only be heart broken with there job and time it takes to fix it. I will be posting more on this soon

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. They told me 5 to 7 days and now its been over a 6 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING. For front damage. They have not called me once! I have to keep calling them.They keep telling me they are waiting on a part everytime i call and Mike the shop manger said the WRONG part came in for my kia. THEY BROKE MY AC. my car has to sent out to the kia dealership for it to get fixed. I am still waiting for my car.They also told me my car is not drivable with the part missing so that's they haven't sent my car to get the AC fixed OR the vinyl back on the car. YOU CAN HAVE THE CAR TOWED. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
