Great storage facility. Staff is professional and facilitating. My only complaint is the cost. I understand hard economic times but it's goes both ways, for the owners and consumers and my rates have increased frequently.

This is a clean facility with a lot of room to get around. Plenty of storage for anything you need. Boat wash area if you need. Steve's great. He's professional and takes care of you. If you need a good safe place call Steve and see what he can do for you...

Fast, friendly and convenient. Facility is very well-lit and spacious for larger vehicles. They also offer parking for RVs and boats as well. On site manager is very friendly and very easy to work with.

Steve the onsite manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. I wasn't there as a potential customer, I was on a business related visit. While I was waiting Steve provided some water to customers that looked like they were in need. Now that's customer service. If all your sites are run this way, you'll have continued success. We were recently looking for a storage rental unit near our home in Crystal River, Florida. After some research, I responded to Century Storage in Citrus County. Upon arrival, I was met by Steve who was very friendly, accommodating, and quite professional. Steve really goes the extra mile to make your purchase an enjoyable one for all parties involved. The entire facility is very impressive and clean both inside and out. Steve goes to great lengths to see that the grounds are very well maintained and that everything runs smoothly at the business. Another comforting factor, should you rent there, is that their facility's security is exceptional which gives you some peace of mind. It's truly a refreshing experience in this day and age knowing they always put their customers at the forefront. The entire rental process was a very pleasurable process from start to finish and they even have a very affordable selection of locks for your storage unit should you need one. Dealing with them made us very confident that we have chosen them for our storage needs. You won't be disappointed should you decide to do business with them. Five stars all the way!

11-22-22 Very impressed with this facility! We were looking for asphalt parking to park our RV and we have found it!! It looks to be brand new asphalt too! Either that or an amazingly well kept facility!! That along with the price and an amazing employee to set up our account up, I couldn't have asked for anything better!!

I have had business with this place since i mived down here back in april of 2022, i have never had any issues and the place is always maintained and taken care of. Steve, is usually always there to help with any questions and i am so thankful to know he is always around to help with questions and anything I have really needed. No security in that facility what so ever. My fiance has had her boat trailer vandalized twice there. If you can find ANY other place, do so.
