Beautiful store... nearly impossible to get out the parking lot back onto the road... took nearly 10 minutes around noon on a week day

Ladies room was dirty and needed a good cleaning. There was no soap in the handicap stall and trash on the floor.

Espresso machine not working. No flavors...machine was plugged...been that way for some time...wondering if they clean it on a regular basis...all 4 spouts plugged. Drinks out at fountain machines...need a employee to check once in a while...when they r told they act like it's not their job...a bother.
