I was looking for a Chevy equinox used car 2020 with a 2 L turbo engine. I called Jenkins and they said they had one. I specifically said are you sure it's a 2 L turbo they said yes I went there took me a long time to get there, test drove the car. It was not very responsive, I pop the hood and it was not a 2 L turbo it was a 1.5 L. Also the car had extensive interior damage by the sunvisor and I asked was a current an accident. The salesman said he didn't think so. I said well I think it was he looked it up and he then confirmed. Yes it was so not very happy with the sales people at Jenkins. They lied to you.

The only reason it has 1 Star is because I couldn't select 0!We have a new Kia less than a year old. AC Compressor goes out and it takes them over 3 weeks for parts to get us in for a repair. They didn't return several calls asking about parts or the use of a demo car while waiting for repairs. I wouldn't recommend a KIA and 100% wouldn't recommend JENKINS KIA!

I called about a used truck online, I was told it was available and would be set aside for me to come take a look. I left my house when I hung the phone up to drive an hour to go see this truck. I show up to the dealership, and they can't locate the truck. I was told they have 23 dealerships they don't know where the truck is. This place is a joke.

My sweetie and I went to look at a suv at Jenkins Kia of Crystal River and was immediately greeted by Roger as soon as we pulled up who was very helpful and professional, he even gave me a tour of his own personal vehicle which is very nice by the way. Although we initially spoke with Rich who also was very helpful he put us in excellent hands with Roger who was there every step of the process. Great overall experience, and would definitely recommend.

Jenkins does it right. Excellent customer service. With the exception of the body shop. I purchased a truck from them that had minor dent and scratches on the fender they agreed to fix. Getting into the body shop was a nightmare. However the sales department was extremely helpful. They even provided me with a vehicle while my truck was in the body shop. Thank you to Brandon, Kyle and Johnny. The body shop doesn't return calls and are very slow. One and a half weeks and have only painted it. Still no truck. Poor customer service. Have left several messages to no avail. Poor customer service with the body shop only.

This is a great dealership…you can go here and have a positive experience with salesman and managers that will tell you the truth without pressuring or lying to you.

Sales associate eager to get sales, I purchased a 2017 Kia almost 2 years ago. Recently got a flat tire and looking for a spare tire, to find an empty hole ?️. They are definitely not going to get my business again. Upon closer investigation I don't even have a tire wrench to get my tire off.

Another terrible experience, had one previously a few months ago with Jenkins. I knew better to try again, but I saw a vehicle I really liked. The online price showed close to 19k, get there and the price on the car 27k?? How is that even possible? Did the online trade in value along with estimates for payments. My offer online for my trade in was $10,000, get there and they say $5,000. Would not budge, to make things worse they add their fees that they can’t even explain. A reconditioning fee of $1700 and a fee that just state “fees” on the paper they can’t explain. The dealership fees along with tax tag title which is all understandable, but these were just added fees. Bottom line they let me walk when I said a price and they said $850 more and it’s mine. Over $850? I will keep sharing how they do business, contact the chronicle and local news on their “fees and package scams” that even their own salesman state true. Its a shame Jenkins is not family owned any longer. They run their business off nothing other than corporate greed.

I came into jenkins kia to test drive a 2001 Mustang. Nelson meet us outside. He was very nice and outgoing, he was not pushy, and took his time with us. He is a great sales man. Keep up the good work.

I found the exact color and trim level of the Carnival I wanted on their website. I used the "request a quote" feature and received an email with the quote within an hour.I had a few questions so we emailed back and forth a few times. Each time they replied quickly and fully answered my questions. I used a credit card to put down a deposit to hold it until I could make the 100 mile drive on Saturday.Cody was waiting for me as I arrived and took me right back to where my new Carnival was being washed and detailed. Then we went in to do the paperwork.There were NO unpleasant surprises. The price was what had been quoted and there was NO pressure to buy anything else. I had arrived with the loan approval letter from my bank.I was happy in the finance office when they explained that they could offer me a lower interest rate than my bank did, so I went with Kia financing. Actually I ended up paying LESS than I had expected because of the lower rate.I'm very happy with how I was treated. It was a nice experience. And I love my 2024 Carnival EX :o)

After three disappointing experiences with three different Kia dealers, Jenkins Kia of Crystal River redeemed my faith in humanity with their exceptional customer service!! Michelle helped me with my online inquiry and verified that the car I wanted was indeed on the lot and helped get me to the price I wanted. Roger and Rich stayed after hours on a Sunday afternoon to make the buying process seamless and easy. I never once felt hassled or bamboozled and I drove away in my new car completely satisfied. Highly, highly recommend this dealership!!

We recently visited just to look at the carnival and find out cost. We were greeted by Nelson who took his time answering all of our questions even at closing time. He never made us feel rushed and wasn’t pushy. It was overall a great experience and we left with a brand new Kia Carnival.

Nelson and the fine gentlemen on the finance team did such a great job. No pressure in me buying my colorado. I orginally went in for a Ram but it was already gone i ended up with a better and newer truck in the end!
