I came in on the day prior I asked for help from my phone I had a whole lot of popups it was approximately 12:30 in the afternoon I asked a gentleman if you could help me what I got was there's nothing I can do that's the phone. I was upset when I left because it was my lunch hour I need my phone for my job. I didn't get the young man's name he was less than helpful but he told me if I came back on my old phone you put the SIM card in and it should work without checking out the old phone so I came back with my old phone my new phone and thought I could exchange it for a upgrade to a Samsung 25 since I had a 24. There I met John a great guy great worker somebody should really look at help me and fix my phone in less than 15 minutes that's kind of service that I'm looking for. This young man went the extra mile. Jon is the best

Came in all week to port my number over from t mobile and it felt like it was not gin a happen. Sebastian was able to deal with me and my fussy self and was able to bring my number over to cricket from t mobile . Sebastian went above and beyond for me and deserves all the credit . Jon helped to but was not as good as Sebastian. Thank u for all your help and I hope u have a bless day 🙏

Where do I even start ??? I came into this location to possibly add 2 lines to my account for my son and daughter . Sebastian the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond for me and my husband . He even got us cold water while we waited . The store was super clean and he went even beyond the point of cleaning and Lysoling my old phone and my husband's . The vibe was just right and I definitely recommend anyone that's looking for cell phone service to come see Sebastian and this location .
