After poor customer service at an Ocala business (and never getting the parts in I wanted), I decided to try Crystal River Cap & Truck Accessories. I was impressed by the enthusiasm the owner showed, and that she appeared to put her heart and soul into helping customers, and getting the parts installed and "done right". I was very pleased, and if I need anything else truck related she'll get the first shot at it!

This place is very cool. I got lucky and they had a cap that would fit my long bed. It was in good condition, and it was priced very fair. They installed it and got the lights working and its great! This was the most important big purchase I needed to make due to my work, and I needed it for work, not just for fun. I am grateful and ill have a beer with you any time.. next time need a cap i will be sure to come back, to exchange or buy new.. You know the best solution.

I love this place, Melissa is very good at what she does.. I go there on occasion for her to put items on my vehicles, take your vehicle she'll do an excellent job.. great prices too!!!

What an awesome experience! I wanted a cover for my 2022 Ram 1500 and she was able to get in stock in less than a day and then installed in 15 minutes!!! I will definitely return for all my truck needs!
