My first visit was yesterday. This is CVS in Crystal River. I had to transfer all my prescriptions because the one in BH closed recently. So I walked in. Looked around for the pharmacy. First impressions were this place is clean and whoever manages it takes great care to make sure the place is clean and neat. Love it. So I go to the counter in the pharmacy. I ask the gentleman if I have prescriptions ready. Give him my name and DOB. He says I'm sorry there isn't anything here. Quickly he says hold on. Let me see what's going on here. Having trouble with the computer he says but I'll get it. After giving my info again he finds it. He explained what had happened and always kept me updated so I didn't get worried. His name is Wayne and I have to say Wayne was a very nice guy. I wish someone like him would be at the checkout every time I went to the store. He looked nice and had a presence about him that makes you feel you're being taken care of. So the stores energy is positive and they have good deals on just about everything you can think of. I go to cvs for makeup deals. Good prices and quality products. They keep fresh products and I check the dates too. Their selection is great too. Lots of different things to choose from. My new favorite place for many things. Thanks Wayne. For everything. You made my day yesterday. I'll be back !!!

Always great service with prescriptions. Great reminders of when it is time to refill or if the doctor needs to be contacted as refills have run out.

Used to go to the cvs in Homosassa and they recently closed , now I am forced to go to this one . The Homosassa store would always fill my prescriptions at least 2 days early to make sure I wouldn't run out now this pharmacy will not even fill my prescription one day early they are literally waiting until the day iam out to fill my prescription which normally has to be ordered so now il be without medication for 3 days. Super inconsiderate of others and sad these people are the ones dealing with medications people need.

Poor customer service. Pharmacies have become like the government. They don't care about the people, rather profits. I wonder how they treat their employees. And CVS should really stop texting people to suggest vaccinations. Just another company gone full woke.

Above and beyond rude!! Speak/talk to people like you're better then customers! A person with a masters degree being belittled, lied to etc by a pharmacy technician!! 15 days to have a prescription delivered to the pharmacy? The lies and excuses is appalling!! When trundling overs there words/excuses making up lies as they go, stumbling over their words when catching them in lies, they give another excuse that's so far fetched, why they can't when they received all the proper documentation! asking me questions that only my doctor should I ask, I guess they don't know/understand ( -Dr./patient confidentiality)!! These techs act like there doctors but the simple fact there tech! at best with an associates degree! So very rude to judge somebody when you do not know anything about the person, what learning disabilities they might have, what mental/physical problems they might have! How dare you judge how dare you ask personal questions! If I could it would be less than one star! They also announced my prescription out loud to another tech next to them. I could actually hear customers checking out over the phone! And I'm truly the type of person who always gives a person the benefit of the doubt! I never ever posted anything rude about someone but the way I was treated today was simply again appalling

Worst Pharmacy service i have ever encountered. The lady with the glasses (don't know her name) is extremely rude and of no help whatsoever. I would go without prescriptions before ever using this location again.

Clerk was given driver's license to avoid errors. You got it! Clerk entered wrong name and address. Did she not compare the name... substituted an "e" for an "a" in the spelling of a five letter name. I noticed that she was squinting when reading. Insist that she have an eye exam. Even.giving the error, did she not notice the different address on the computer and the license? What happened to question and verify? How do I contact corporate?
