This place gets worse every day!! If you’re the person that constantly wants follow up over and over for assistance and help dealing with a situation this place is for you!! On their website they state if you need help we are here for. Then they say you need to call doctor!! Jerry Lewis should have his Telethon in the pharmacy lobby. This place is getting ridiculous. The computer is down and they no idea when it will be working!!! No emails or texts to let customers know and when they are out of stock, good luck waiting for them to reorder

This location urgently needs corporate oversight. The pharmacist here consistently demonstrates an alarming lack of professionalism and compassion, as reflected in the many negative reviews below. She has been rude to my elderly parents on multiple occasions and today refused to fill a valid prescription — not because it was unavailable, but because she “doesn’t take” our insurance. When my parents offered to pay cash, she refused and dismissed them without explanation.
After I called CVS corporate to file a complaint, she suddenly changed course and decided she would fill the prescription. That kind of behavior shows this isn’t about policy — it’s about attitude. There is absolutely no reason to stress out elderly people for fun or make them feel humiliated when they’re just trying to get their medication. It’s cruel, unprofessional, and dangerous for their health.
If CVS values its customers and its reputation, corporate leadership needs to review this location immediately. No family should have to endure this kind of treatment, especially elderly or ill patients who rely on their prescriptions for stability and peace of mind.

If I could leave a review every time I got something from this pharmacy, I would. Every time there's a delay, they're working on it. It's not in there, theres a delay, we're working on it. It's completely ridiculous, changing pharmacies, ASAP. I'm not sure why I waited so long.

Everyone seems to not know that all pharmacy take lunch between 1-2. They have to be swamped after losing Homosassa location. I always check by automated phone service that my prescriptions are ready before heading there before or after lunch. Plus it's now the season for a lot of snowbirds to be here which more them doubles their already busy job. Have patience. I never have an issue I've been using for as long as they closed Homosassa cvs. Drive thru where I pick up my orders I can say they are wonderful.
