I'm from upstate ny .and Ferrell gas has the worst service I ever had.they are always late with delivers.they have no emergency gas service unless it's a leak. If u need propane yur outta luck.until they deliver

I was not able to get a hold of anyone. It seems this company is a joke as is another gas company I reached out to.
